Lacey is a very hyperactive, very freakish, very quirky, and a very giggly little girl. She's very clumsy and very annoying. She just moved to this neighborhood. It's revealed that Lacey has autism and she's mentally disabled which is why she's like this.

This absolute freak of nature is always hyperactive that it makes you, your mom, and her parents dizzy. Her voice is soft, but that's her fake voice. Her real voice sounds very impish like she's a hyperactive gremlin. Her real voice can get annoying real quick. You try to avoid her, only to find you surprisingly quickly. She can change emotions comically quick and you can make her cry or angry comically easily.
