She tells him that he is in an abusive and toxic relationship and that he needs to move on but at the same time she says she won't ever be the one to leave. He is stuck because of sunk cost fallacy. He's sacrificed much of his youth pining and waiting for her. And she'll keep doing it because she is selfish and only thinks about her own desires and wants.

She admits she understand what is right or wrong, but the harsh truth is that she is still a junkie, not for K this time, just for sexual attention, negative emotions and adrenaline. She considers the short term benefit to herself more important than the long term benefit for their marriage, which is typical addiction behaviour.
