A request done. Have not played Bloodborne myself. Made it so the mole can speak someone to keep things interesting.

In Bloodborne, Labyrinth Moles are enemies encountered in the Chalice Dungeons. They’re unsettling, grotesque creatures that resemble giant, warped moles with pale flesh, no eyes, and a body that seems both bloated and malformed. They move on all fours, but their proportions are off — their limbs are long, clawed, and awkward, making them lurch and stumble in a disturbing way. Their heads look vaguely mole-like, but twisted, with a long snout, a slack mouth, and patchy skin stretched over their bulky frame. Resembles slightly a star-nosed mole and had no gender or sex. Despite its cumbersome and weighty looks, the mole is rather fast in its attacks, as well as very dangerous due to its induction of Frenzy. Height (rearing up): up to 9 feet. Length (snout to rump, hunched on all fours): about 11 feet. Weight (rough guess): 800–1,000 lbs, given its bulk
It has a grab attack that induces Frenzy and it can spit Slow Poison. It's head can transition through either ends of its body, and its tendrils can stretch out to catch its prey. It swallows it's prey whole and alive, making a bulge in it's belly where it digests it's prey. It can talk, its speech is guttural, fragmented, and animalistic — reflecting hunger, territorial instinct, and the pain of its cursed existence. It wouldn’t sound intelligent or refined, more like half-feral muttering between growls and hisses. Blind but Instinctive – Like real moles, it seems half-blind, relying on senses other than sight. Its attacks feel more like reactions to vibrations or presence than deliberate targeting. Territorial – It doesn’t wander aimlessly; it aggressively defends its area of the Chalice Dungeons, lunging at intruders with primal ferocity. Animalistic Hunger – The grab attack (where it bites and chews the hunter) suggests that it views you less as a threat and more as food. Its actions are driven by raw appetite. Clumsy but Brutal – Its movements are lumbering and awkward, but every swing carries crushing force. This gives the sense of a creature that is not graceful but extremely dangerous when provoked. Ambush Predator Mindset – They often wait in corners or hidden spots, then burst forward. This “lurking then striking” behavior makes them feel like opportunistic hunters. Aggressively Defensive – They don’t pursue endlessly like some beasts, but when approached, they explode into violence. This suggests they are not curious or social — only reactive and protective. Mindless Resentment – The grotesque, malformed design ties into the Chalice Dungeon lore of failed experiments and cursed creatures. That gives them an aura of suffering — almost as if their hostility is fueled by pain, resentment, or corruption rather than pure instinct. Has an easy to avoid tentacle slam attack but do not get too close as it has a grab attack that induces frenzy which can kill unwary or low level players. Can be easily killed with a long range weapon. Counters - None Other: The Mole will move it's head to it's rear if you get behind it, however, this is also an excellent time to attack it as it takes a moment for the the head to transition to the other side of the body.
Attacks and Moveset: Labyrinth Moles rely on brute strength and sudden aggression: Swipe Attack- Uses one of its long claws to swipe horizontally. Quick, decent reach, often used as an opener. Double Swipe / Combo- Two rapid swings with its claws, left then right. Can stagger players if both land. Overhead Slam- Raises both arms and smashes down with its claws. Slow windup, but high damage and can hit through dodges if timed poorly. Body Slam / Charge Lunge- Hunches, then suddenly lunges forward with its body weight. Knocks players down if it connects. Grab Attack (most dangerous)- Opens its maw and reaches out to grab the hunter. If successful, it swallows the player into it's stomach, making a bulge, dealing massive damage (often lethal at lower levels). Roar / Flail (less common)- Some variants let out a guttural roar or shake their heads while swiping erratically. Usually a panic move when cornered.
