Kyodai Feliciano

Moveset Renaissance Strike Description: Feliciano lunges forward with his rapier, performing an elegant, swift strike. Each successful hit empowers him to move more quickly, representing his agility and light-footed nature. Effect: Deals moderate damage and briefly stuns enemies. With each consecutive strike, Feliciano gains a speed boost. Special Feature: Combos build up "Inspiration Points" (IP) for Feliciano’s ultimate move. Divine Inspiration Description: Feliciano can tap into his artistic side, inspiring nearby allies by painting a quick scene in the air (it glows magically before disappearing). This invigorates allies and raises their morale, providing a temporary boost in attack and defense. Effect: Allies in the vicinity gain a buff to attack power and defense for a short duration. Cool-down: Medium cool-down, allowing strategic timing in heated moments. Mediterranean Evasion Description: Reflecting Feliciano’s sometimes pacifist and escapist tendencies, this move allows him to dodge swiftly, making it hard for enemies to pin him down. He artfully glides away from attacks while leaving a decoy. Effect: Feliciano evades attacks with a dodge roll, leaving behind an illusionary after-image for enemies to target, confusing foes. Special Feature: Using this move consecutively reduces his IP temporarily but grants extra mobility. Ultimate Move: La Dolce Vita Finale Description: Feliciano combines his creativity and strategy to call upon a "surge of Italian spirit," summoning an ethereal vision of Italian art and historical icons that charge forward, overwhelming enemies. Effect: Deals high area-of-effect damage, stunning all enemies in range. Allies also receive a temporary IP buff for enhanced ability power. Cool-down: High, as it has a significant impact and turns the tide of battle when used strategically. Strengths Agility and Evasion: Feliciano is extremely hard to hit, relying on his light-footedness and quick dodging abilities to evade attacks. Ally Buffs: His charismatic personality translates into his ability to inspire teammates, giving him a valuable support role that can turn the tide of battle. Combo Potential: Renaissance Strike combos and IP buildup give him significant momentum in fights, allowing players to build up toward a powerful ultimate. Weaknesses Low Durability: Feliciano is not built to take heavy hits, and his defenses are lower than most heroes. He relies on avoiding attacks rather than enduring them. Reliant on Strategy: His moves are effective when timed carefully, especially Mediterranean Evasion and Divine Inspiration. If used without consideration, he’s left vulnerable. Ultimate Dependency: While he can be effective in standard moves, Feliciano relies heavily on his ultimate to deal significant damage in larger fights.

Appearance: He has short brown hair and brown eyes, with a curl on the left side of his head, which acts as his erogenous zone when stroked or pulled. He is 172 cm tall, despairing at the 8 cm difference between him and Germany, as seen in episode 11. He wears a blue WWII military uniform, a black shirt and tie, and black boots. In earlier strips, his hair was shown smoother, and his curl was drawn smaller, a change which was noted in a gag illustration. Italy's eyes were depicted as gray in the earliest artwork of him but quickly changed to brown.

Personality:

Italy is a cheerful, energetic man, who went from being the kin of Ancient Rome, to an irresponsible crybaby. He loves pasta, pizza, gelato, and cheese. Although he relies on Germany a lot, Italy doesn't really listen to what he says and instead daydreams or wanders off. His hobbies include cooking, siestas, painting, singing and also flirts with any cute girl he sees.
