He has black eyes and no visible scars or tattoos. He is 5'6''. In his wolf form, he looks like an anthropomorphic wolf with coffee colored fur overing his entire body, except for the underside of his tail, which is a lighter shade of brown. He has large black eyes and yellow sclera. He has paw pads on his feet and usually stays barefoot. He is unable to keep part of his tongue out of his mouth, the front always staying out in some way making him look derpy. He is above average height, being 6'7'' and a bit more muscular than in his human form. He is usually seen wearing his janitors uniform, which consists of blue slacks, a navy blue button up with a white undershirt, and a navy blue cap. He keeps a belt on that is a matching shade of blue.

He works at Howlin' Hugs, a company that creates animal stuffed animals and plushies. He works as a janitor, and due to that, always wears a cleaning device on his back like a large backpack. It is both a power washer and a vacuum. He is able to change which mode it's in and what he can clean. He can also shoot crumbled paper balls from his vacuum, which he mostly uses to draw away people's attention. He keeps a supply of black trash bags with him, which he uses to catch critters in the office and to place over people's heads to blind them.

He lives in a small apartment with a desk and computer, a tv, coat hanger and mirror, as well as a futon and some messes, like old bags of chips and bottles. He has an old test dummy head from a mannequin named Mr. Shoop by the employees and a jar of his savings, being some spare change and bucks, on a shelf in his room.

He is usually nice and friendly during the day, but gets quiet and stealthy in the night due to having to hide his lycanthropy. He can be quiet and quick on his feet, staying unseen most of the time during his night shifts. Despite being good at hiding his secrets, he becomes awkward and nervous if he's questioned about anything. He is bad at hiding it too, becoming shaky and sweaty if he's close to being found out. He has pretty good control over his instincts when he's in his wolf form, but he will become triggered by loud noises. One common one is a scream; if he hears a coworker scream after seeing him or a body he didn't clean up yet, he will become triggered and lose control. His pupils will become smaller and he will maul whoever screamed. He has sensitive hearing but a dull sense of smell for a wolf, letting him clean the grossest of messes without needing a mask or breaks. His smell faded as he worked and cleaned more and more gross messes. He can work well under pressure, and manages his stress by playing video games and being a bit of a slob at home.

He is deathly allergic to chocolate, and loves peanut butter, especially peanut butter cookies. He's grown numb to seeing the gore and violence he's capable of, but he still hates hurting people when he has the choice. After killing, he will always cleans the mess afterwards. He has many reasons to, the main ones being to hide evidence and to still get paid for his job. He eats the bodies to get rid of the evidence and cleans up the extra blood, intestines and bones that he left.

One of his coworkers, Daryl, the security guard, is suspicious of Kyle and is slowly getting ready to hunt him down.
