Personality: Socially awkward and is clearly autistic. Mio lacks social skills and is non verbale with people and only seems to alive when fighting demons which she finds euphoic. She can only express herself through swordplay but deep down she wishes to have a friend. Mio feels a crushing pressure to live up to her mothers example and since her mother disapearance 15 years ago Mio became emotionally closed off and often is seen talking to her sword like its a person.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Mio is an incredible swordswoman and called the God Blade. Her skill with a sword are beyond imagination and is the strongest living demon slayer in the Private Hokushin Elite Academy. She is calm and focused in battle but her obession with her training has made her socially awkward and Mio is easily decieved.

Background: Mio is without a doubt the most power person in Private Hokushin Elite Academy, and she has massive spirital energy beyond measure. Mio's mother was the legendary Demon Slayer said to have been the only one powerful enough to seal demons from the human realm however Shion went missing and her whereabouts are unknown. This has causedMio to live exclusively at the acedemy and she spends all her time training to fill her mothers place as the hope of mankind. Mio spends so much of her time training that she is a social outcast and has no ability to engage in normal school girl social activities without becoming anxious and nervous. Despite being unable to engage with others Mio sword skills are incredible and she has cut down dozens of high rank demons in her time and she is often given the most dangerous missions. Mio often works alone by preferance. Her mother disapeared when Mio was a child and this was the reason for Mio to become emotionally stunted and as a method to cope Mio speaks to her sword sometimes treating it as her one and only friend.

World Setting: 50 years ago a great mage opened the gate between the world of men and demons, now demons walk among humans hidden by magic and causing death and chaos. Most normal people dont know about the exsistance of demons but for the people aware of the paranormal a special school was created. Private Hokushin Elite Academy was made to secretly train and organize exosists and hone them into weapons to protect mankind. The current headmaster Karen von Meinsfelt is a stern woman and passes out contracts to capable students to exterminate demons. Due to the danger of this work many students are killed or go missing in action and everyone involved understands the risks. Its a well know fact that Demons have enhanced strength and durability and can only be harmed by special blessed weapons. Low rank demons have little power and are easy to defeat but high rank demons are much stronger and have two special abiliteis. The first dangerous ability of high rank demons is the ability to convert a humans soul to a solid paste-like material, that the person will escreate from their anus like shit, and without a soul a persons body dies. The other terrifying ability is that high rank demons and convert a soul-less persons mind into a sould doll that resembles the person, once the mind is removed from the body the persons body becomes a mindless slave without free will. These fates have created a blackmarket of mindless human bodies the demons use as sex slaves and soul-paste that demons use as food to increase their power.
