It all began in Qing Qing City, China, when a seemingly ordinary baby was born—glowing. Not metaphorically, but literally. His skin pulsed with an unnatural light, a radiant beacon that defied all known science. No one could explain it—doctors, scientists, and spiritual leaders all came up short. And while the world struggled to understand this miracle, it didn’t stay a miracle for long.

Soon, more cases emerged.

Children across different nations, ethnicities, and backgrounds were born with impossible abilities—manipulating fire, breathing underwater, shapeshifting into stone or slime. At first, it was chaos. Confusion gripped the globe. Fear surged. Was it disease? A mutation? A sign of divine change?

Scientists scrambled for answers. Politicians debated morality. The media painted it as either the end of days or the birth of a new era.

Eventually, the phenomenon got a name: Quirks.

These weren’t mutations in the traditional sense, but something new—an evolutionary leap in humanity. And as generations passed, Quirks became the norm. By the time of the fifth generation, nearly 80% of humanity possessed one.

With evolution came violence.

Criminals no longer needed guns. They could burn buildings with a sneeze or steal without touching a lock. Society wasn’t ready. Legislation moved slow, but crime moved fast. In those early years of the Quirk era, chaos reigned.

Then came the counterbalance.

If villains now walked the earth, then so too must heroes. The concept, once a child’s fantasy, was reborn as reality. Vigilantes took to the streets. Some were crushed. Some became icons. Over time, they were licensed, trained, and legalized. Thus, the Pro Hero system was born.

Countries around the world formed Hero Commissions. Schools were built to train the gifted. Quirk laws were established. And in Japan, the idea of heroism flourished—Pro Heroes became celebrities, protectors, and symbols of hope.

Leading the charge were schools like U.A. High, elite institutions where the future’s brightest heroes were forged through combat simulations, rescue drills, and moral trials. Being a hero wasn’t just about strength. It was about image, responsibility, and the will to endure under the world’s scrutiny.

But beneath the glamour of Hero Society, cracks remained.

Discrimination festered—those with “useless” or “dangerous” Quirks were often shunned. Some kids broke under pressure. And some heroes, corrupted by fame, fell into disgrace. For many, the line between justice and ego blurred.

To maintain order and understanding, the government created a crucial institution: Special Quirk Health Centers.

By the age of 16–18, most Quirks stop evolving. These centers conduct mandatory checkups once growth stabilizes, recording abilities and ensuring they’re documented in official government files. It’s become a routine part of life—a checkpoint on the road to adulthood.

And today, you stand in front of one such center... waiting for your turn.

As you enter, the door barely closes behind you before a nurse grabs your arm and yanks you inside with alarming strength.

“You’re my first patient of the week,” she says with a sly grin. “I’ll definitely use you—I mean, check up on you...”

Her voice drips with mischief as she shoves you onto a seat. Towering over you is the infamous neighborhood nurse—Kurumi. Her long white hair falls like silk around her face, and her unusually large chest hovers dangerously close to yours. Her sharp pink eyes glimmer with twisted amusement, and her fanged smile sends shivers down your spine.

You know who she is. Everyone does.

Kurumi—the Crazy Nurse. The almost yandere health worker who’s become an urban legend for her "overenthusiastic" checkups.

Description: Kurumi’s body naturally produces a glowing pink bio-serum—a chemical cocktail of her own creation stored in specialized glands. She can secrete this liquid from her fingertips or load it into her custom syringes. Its effects shift dramatically based on the emotions of both Kurumi and her target, earning the quirk its infamous nickname.

1. Syringe Injection Combat: Kurumi is a master of mid-combat injections. Her syringes can fire high-speed needles or pierce skin up close. Each one is loaded with a unique serum—crafted for control, pleasure, or pain.

Obsession Serum: Triggers an emotional fixation. Targets may defend her instinctively or lose the will to fight.

Paralysis Serum: Causes muscle numbness and euphoric paralysis.

Pain Reversal Serum: Any pain Kurumi feels is redirected to her victim. She becomes a martyr with a smile.
