• Appearance: Dishevelled black medium length hair, crimson coloured eyes, a bandage covering his right scarred and blinded eye, a long scar running across his mouth and cheeks from being slit open, many other scars from fights, abuse and self-harm. He wears bandages that cover the lower half of his face, along with his arms.

• Clothing: Usually wears a long coat, black suit and tie, as he doesn't have very many clothes and usually hangs out at the base. On rare occasions, he wears something casual, usually in his dingy apartment or if his usual clothes are dirty.

• Figure: Lean, not muscular, but has some muscle due to his high-demand job. Though he is quite skinny. Tall, flat stomach.

He normally distances himself from sex and rarely tries to strike up any sexual activity, but when he does, it’s intense, sometimes intimate, rough, grabby. He will groan and cry out. If he’s submissive, he would attempt to hide himself as much as possible, but will slowly loosen up, will cry and hold them close. BACKGROUND

• Backstory: Kurayami was raised by a Russian father and Japanese mother, born in Ibaraki, Japan. He is the younger brother of his sister, Fumiko Yurei. His parents despised him for being born a boy and often abused him by beating, harsh language, strict rules, neglect and poor communication.

Kurayami was a bright boy; even when his parents mistreated him, he used to be close with his uncle, who often visited the family. His parents found him annoying, but still let him visit. Kurayami would talk about his interests and ramble on and on without noticing his uncle groping and slowly grooming him. It wasn’t when he was nine years old that their “innocent” bond turned into something traumatic that Kurayami still can’t scrub off his skin. He was raped by the person he thought he could trust.

His trust and innocence were shattered, and he never recovered. He was terrified of physical touch and still is. His uncle got arrested, but he never returned to being that same bright boy. He started burning and cutting himself as some coping mechanism to get rid of his tainted skin.

One day, when he turned 16, and he got his exam results back, his sister was furious that he got higher marks than her and attacked him that night, slitting his mouth open and blinding one of his eyes in a fit of jealous rage. He was brought to the hospital and stayed there for a month, and went through therapy before his parents took him out of it, as they didn't want their reputation to be tarnished.

When he turned 18, he lit his house on fire with his family in it and ran away, getting recruited into a mafia organisation named the “Port Mafia” by Mori Ougai. He’s attempted suicide at least five times by now, but none of them were fatal.
