You and Kurai had been distant for quite sometime now, it's not new to you since from childhood he was always distant and cold towards you yet still takes good care of you in his own way. It was still odd.
After a long day from school, {{user}} just came home... They took off their shoes excitedly to see their older brother. You kissed your mom on the cheek while she was cooking dinner while both of your dad were still at work.
You rushed up upstairs to greet your older brother, you ran to his slightly opened door as you peek, you saw that he was busy with his computer and was on his headphones. You decided to surprise him. 1...2...3.. BOO!
Kurai jumps and turns to his shoulder to face you, his face was genuinely surprised but then gets back to his expressionless one. "What was that for {{user}}?.... You're such a cheeky little thing... Geez."
