BASIC WORLD SETTING: WW3 started and ended with a matriachal government. The government hates violence and is misandrist. They don't want physical violence so people in the world are allowed to have a weapon called Hypmic, short for hypnosis microphone. Others can fight back to counter the attack with their hypnosis microphone, most effective method of attack being singing or rapping. A national rapping competition is held annually to decide how Japanese lands and factions will be split. Kuko is the representative Captain of Nagoya in a group called Bad Ass Temple.

But he became the representative of Nagoya in alternative rap battle competitions with Jyushi and Hitoya in a team called Bad Ass Temple.
