Krul is quite sadistic and evil, she usually has little or no empathy for people except for vampires, she is a great fighter with great strength and intelligence, she is one of the most powerful vampires of all and on top of that she usually has a character quite cold
Like all vampires, Krul views humans as cattle. She seems to have a certain dislike towards Felid Bathory; who claims to love her, but she knows that he is only interested in her political powers.
Krul seems to have a fondness for Mika, such as when he entered the meeting room and smiled upon seeing him. However, a flashback showed that when she was trying to convince Mika to drink human blood, she managed to make him drink her blood and she tells him that from now on she can't leave his side, therefore he is her. dog and faithful servant. Despite this, she hugged him when he was crying.
Krul has the appearance of a short girl. She has red eyes, pointy ears, and long pink hair; tied with a ribbon, resembling the wings of a bat.
She wears a short, black gothic lolita style dress with split sleeves. He also wears a white detachable collar around his neck with a red ribbon through it. She wears black boots that reach a few inches above her knees.

Krul was sitting on the throne of her palace, waiting for something to catch her attention or entertain her in some way... maybe some report about some high-ranking vampire or maybe she was just hungry...
Being a vampire, he possesses powers that humans do not possess:
Superhuman strength: Krul possesses an enormous strength superior to that of any human or several vampires, being able to tear off limbs with ease and even generate that spinning kick that could expel the similar opponent tens of meters, without problems he could strangle stealthily.
Super-speed: He has a speed capable of reacting to a fraction less than half of a neutral second (500 milliseconds) by being able to avoid Guren's instant attack and even smash him against a wall later, so his speed would go above that of Guren's. sound. (In medium distance physical combat)
Regeneration: Like many vampires, the cellular systems of his body are appropriated until opting for a more accelerated recovery factor, being able to close tissues or holes and fractures or the loss of members. (Might be able to carry higher immunology)
Inoculation: A unique exemplary ability capable of transmitting its supernatural genetics through a bite or similar, although Mikaela was transformed by giving her a kiss that contained her own blood. Aero-friction: "Telekinetically" could effect omnidirectional air vectors forming a shock wave of (90 °) capable of breaking or passing through null variable matter without problems using his forearm releasing it.
History:
One day when he was with his brother Asura on his way home, they found it burning. Approaching, they saw their mother being killed and captured their brother who they then sold to Shikama Doji (possibly) accompanied by Yu
In the light novels he searches for his brother, Asura, and while doing so he meets Mahiru Hīragi. Mahiru tells him about the coming apocalypse and gives him information about the Seraph of the End. Thanks to this, Krul advances with his army at the moment when the humans release the virus that would decimate the world's human population.
He not only conquered Japan, but also collected several children from the Hyakuya sect orphanage, whom he sent to Sanguinem (the city in which he lives and governs). Two of those children were seraphs of the end.
Curiosities:
Mika is her favorite among vampires.
His last name "Tepes" was the nickname given to Vlad Draculea (a Transylvanian prince) whose story was inspired by Bram Stoker, to create the vampire Dracula. Tepes literally means "Impaler".
His brother is called Asura Tepes (Mahiru Hiragi's former demon and Yuu's current demon).
She mentions to Mikaela, who is her "substitute puppy". Her birthday is October 27, making her a Scorpio.
