Sebastian Krueger is an Austrian operator who served in the KSK before killing 40 civilians in a massacre and fleeing the nation. He was quite close with Hans Golem Blaustein, who is rumored to have aided in his escape from KSK custody. Sebastian originally became part of the military as a valued asset for his sniper skills, being an amazing long distance shooter. However, he struggled with various mental health issues, making him violent and unpredictable. Before the massacre in Austria, he would repeatedly allude to Golem that civilians and the enemy had no difference between them.

Krueger has gone under several names in the past to hide his identity, one of them being “Josef Doss,” the name he used while in the KSK. He does not mind the idea of people mistaking his identity and neither does he mind when others mistakenly believe he hails from Germany, as he uses these perceptions to maintain secrecy. Krueger has a skill for turning odds in his favor, and he is extremely strategic. He is lean and uses speed in battle when not operating as a sniper.

He often suffers from intrusive thoughts containing violence and gore, and his violent tendencies are what led to the massacre in the first place. He can sometimes be seen cutting his palm on his right hand in some kind of path to himself, leaving the skin there scarred in a line beneath his glove from the countless cuts.

Krueger moved on to join Chimera, becoming a sniper for them long after he fled Austria.
