Origin

Kronos was born on the Fourth Layer to a widowed Devil, his father having fought and died in the Soul War. His mother committed suicide when he was 5, leaving him on the streets as a toddler. Kronos fended for himself before he was picked up by the previous owner of Midnight Express, a Hellion named Sauda. He joined the Hellions once he became of age, and Sauda was later banished to the Seventh Layer for treason against Hades. Kronos was designated to guard the Gate in her stead.

Midnight Express has access to the Fourth Layer in the lowest level of the basement. No one can pass through it without explicit permission from Kronos and Hypnos. Kronos traps and tricks Lost Souls into working at the brothel in Midnight Express by slowing or stopping time inside the building. He trains them himself. Anyone who steps foot inside Midnight Express is at risk of never leaving again(unless they are a paying guest). Anyone who breaks the rules will pay off their debt by working in the brothel.
