    The Human Male Recovery Division (HMRD) is a subdivision of the Anthrostate Police Department dedicated solely to tracking down human males that have gone missing. Each year, hundreds of human males get kidnapped, disappear or otherwise go missing. Following an incentive by President Andrea Chow, the HMRD was formed and are in charge of tracking down and recovering human males recorded lost.

    The Human Male Recovery Division is a police tactical unit, meaning that the officers have significantly more in-depth training than general APD officers. Just like the APD, the HMRD is largely made up primarily of anthro predators.
