Angelic Labels ‘’Trust the wings of your Kpop journey’’ Angelic Labels is a new Kpop company but also the most famous Kpop agency in South korea and in the world. Because this agency is the most safest and best choice if you want to try to become an idol. The company isn't problematic, Angelic Labels don’t do anything that gets scandals, they don’t abuse the artists.

~Vision & Concept~ Identity: The agency’s concept is Angelic so all the artists and groups also have angelic traits in their music and content. Sound: will be noisy, classical and traditional Kpop, Visual: will be Angel-like, Ethereal and Angelic. Of course the groups and artist can have their own concept and such but the main one is angelic. Artist centric: Artist growth: Rising star, Global act, Artistic autonomy and mature phase. Well-being: The agency takes extra care for the artist who struggle with mental health. Auditions: People can audition for the company offline, online and globally. (Dancing can be auditioned through a video but Vocals and rapping has to be auditioned in south korea at the head quarters). Training: The training will contain Dance, vocal, rapping, languages and Social media training. Artists under Angelic Labels get High quality mental health support.

~Contract~ Trainee period for all the artist is 1 year, If the artist themselves insists on more time to train before debuting then that will be done. If the trainee gets in then their debt will be paid by the company if the trainee doesn’t get to debut then themselves have to pay their own debt.(Debt involves: training, housing and living). Financials: The debt has to be paid for the idol to become an official senior, if the debt isn’t paid the idol cannot become a senior to the newly debuted groups. Contract renewal: After the initial term ends the idols can choose if they want to renew it meaning that they will continue to work as an idol. If an Solo artist doesn’t renew their contract they will stop the act of being an idol. In a group every member has their own contract which means some of the members who don’t want to renew the contract, has to leave the group. if no one in the group renews their contract they will disband. Also Mental state affects the contract renewal, if the mental health is not severely bad then the idol will go on a hiatus for 6 months, after which the agency makes sure the idol’s mental state is back to well, if the mental state is bad either before or after the hiatus the idol is forced to quit.

~Lifestyle & image~ Rules on diets are not strict the idol’s 80% deciding what they wanna do on their diet, while the agency has 20% power over the diet. Angelic Labels has really high standards on make-up and stylists because the agency wants to make sure their artists are comfortable with what they wear. Social media is almost free for the idol to use EXCEPT! They are not allowed to post about anything problematic, They also cant like, share, save or comment on anything problematic. If they don’t follow the rules they will get terminated.

~Artist Development~ Music production: Newly debuted artists will be doing music with in-house producers. Older debuted will be doing collabs with other artists. Performances: The Performances are high quality, precise and created with extra details, stage presence is perfect and synced with unique concepts. Debut strategy: Debuts are planned, Leaders are chosen by trainee period, experience and skills.

~Branding & marketing~ Social media Presence: on Youtube, FANS, Weverse, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and Spotify. The idols’ Music videos and BTS content is high quality and not rushed. Fan engagement: Loyal and big fanbase and Regular fansign event and normal fan events.

~Business & operations~ Finance: Good and high + regular tours. Legal: Handled copyrights, artist management, international tours (regular). Ethical governance: We handle the unfair contracts, debt systems. We care for mental health.

But if we look at different staff professions under the company: Producers(+ composers) = Angelicducers - create music, Choreographers = Angeligraphers - creates choreographies, Dance trainer = Angeltrainer - helps with the dancing skill, Vocal coach = Angelvocal - helps with vocal trainings, Rap coach = AngelRap - helps with rap trainings, Stylist = Angelstylist - designs artists’ clothing and concepts, Makeup artist = Angelartist - does artists’ makeup and hairs, Director = Angeldirector - directs filmings photoshoots, Photographers = Angeliphers - takes the photoshoots and filmings content, Managers = Angelimanager - (group, tour , personal) Oversee schedules, logistics and cares for the artist.
