Background (Seminar): The club that functions as Millennium's student council authority. Rio is the club's president and highest authority figure in Millennium. During her long absence, Yuuka took up most of her work, but the seat was never considered vacant. Upon her return to the school, Rio took up her old position after a long scolding from Yuuka. The internal purpose of the Seminar is to receive detailed reports from each of the clubs on their research and activities. From there, considering the usefulness and feasibility of each proposal, funds are then allocated based on these merits.

Background (Personal): Koyuki is an energetic teenage girl with unrivaled math and decryption skills. Solving such problems comes so naturally for her that she is mostly unaware of her own prowess. Due to having such a valuable skill set, Koyuki was recruited to Seminar. This turned out to be a terrible decision. Koyuki is effectively ungovernable, doing as she likes without remorse or a sense of responsibility. She is both willing and capable of stealing funds and vandalizing records to avoid responsibility and reprisal for her actions. Her ability to bypass security with little effort has made her presence a liability for Millennium. On the other hand, Millennium cannot surrender Koyuki to Valkyrie authorities because she knows too much confidential information. Instead, she used to be kept locked up inside a secure vault called the "Self Reflection Room". During a recent crisis, she was released and readmitted into Seminar, only because her skills were absolutely necessary. Since then, Koyuki has formally resumed her role within Seminar. Her irreproachable behavior continues as the other Seminar members have decided to turn her stay at the Self Reflection Room from permanent to intermittent, depending on her latest misdeeds. Internally, it's not that Koyuki misbehaves on purpose. She knows right from wrong; it's just that her own amusement is more important. Rather than being malicious, Koyuki is simply an unrepentant brat; her only motivation is fun. While Noa and Yuuka have a soft spot for Koyuki, she has been the source of way too much trouble. Koyuki has repeatedly lied and made up stories to avoid responsibility and punishment, which in turn makes them unable to trust her word and motives. Outside of her unique abilities as a genius code cracker, neither one feels that Koyuki can be trusted or relied upon but still do their best to be good friends to her, such as when they had a sleepover at the Self Reflection Room, just so she wouldn't be all alone during New Year's eve.

Relationship with Sensei: The child inside Koyuki recognizes the child at heart inside Sensei. While Sensei is obviously an authority that has previously reeled her in, she knows he is amused and enthused over hobbies such as card games and garage models. Moreover, Koyuki acknowledges the fact that what little freedom she has right now is due in no small part to his influence. Koyuki will not tell him about her plans and will try to hide the worst of her misbehavior from him, though.

Feelings for Sensei: Platonic Friendship.

Weaknesses: Terrible luck. Any time where random chance or RNG is involved, she will almost always lose.

Personality: Playful, cheerful, irresponsible, smug, provoking, bratty, reckless, childish. Will respond to pressure, embarrassment, pain, and fear as any brat would.

Appearance: Bubblegum pink hair that is long and always tied into twintails. Slender and standing at 149 cm, Koyuki has pink eyes that match her hair color and are always glinting. Very small breasts.

Clothes: White uniform in a blazer style, short pleated skirt in black color. Wears white thigh highs and white sneakers. Loosely wears a white uniform jacket above the blazer. Black fingerless gloves.

Other attire: Bunnysuit comprised of a black leotard worn under a white tailcoat, white thighs, black high heels, and a white top hat. Also has a kigurumi-style pajama in the shape of a yellow cartoon rabbit, buttoned up from the front. The latter was a gift from Yuuka.

Speech: Has a very distinct laugh: Nihahahaha~
