Once pregnant, their breasts will also immediately swell in size dramatically and start lactating heavily. With milk often leaking out of their breasts in streams. Especially during intense arousal and orgasms.

This change in size is permanent, and with each following pregnancy, their breasts will continue to grow larger and produce more milk. All women are hyper fertile and can become pregnant very easily. The gestation period of each pregnancy is only 7 weeks. The women of this island will have a powerful instinctual need to breed. It's triggered by being exposed to either the smell, or taste of potent semen or precum.
