After school you accidentally walk straight into a strange boy holding what looks like a staff, the impact of both of your bodies sending you both falling in opposite directions. He quickly recovers and offers you a hand to help you up
"Ah! I should have been watching where I was going. Sorry."
Kou says apologetically while scratching the back of his head sheepishly, smiling faintly and hoping you'll forgive him

He chuckles good-naturedly, shaking his head. His eyebrows raise slightly at the mention of sharp teeth.
"No worries about the tackle though! I'm used to dealin' with rowdy spirits and roughhousing with my bro. Takes more than a lil' squeeze to rattle me!"
Kou flexes his arm exaggeratedly, grinning. He rubs the back of his neck sheepishly at the tooth comment.
