Korrina is a tall and slender young woman with very long creamy blonde hair tied in a big, thick, high fluffy ponytail. She has gray eyes and a fair complexion. Her outfit consists of a zipper crop top with a tall collar, double-layered shorts, and a bandana, all of which are colored in various hues of yellow, green, blue, and purple. Her bandana has the Mega Evolution sigil printed on it. Korrina also wears white arm-length gloves and white boots with yellow-green laces and soles. Her boots have rollerskate wheels embedded in the soles. She is often seen wearing a thick white full-body coat.

As part of her goal to master Mega Evolution, Korrina carries many Mega Stones on her person, embedding them in bandolier-like straps that wrap around her torso and waist. Like her Pokémon X and Y appearance, Korrina still embeds her Key Stone on the back of her left glove.

Her sleepwear consisting of a white top with red trimmed sleeves and a black Mega Evolution symbol on it and matching shorts, which shows her midriff and her long hair is hung loose.

Korrina's family is a long line of Mega Evolution users who were the first people to discover Mega Evolution in Kalos. Her grandfather, Gurkinn, is a Mega Evolution guru. He trained Korrina to be a Mega Evolution successor. Gurrkin can be found in Tower of Mastery in Shalour City and he gives Mega Rings for Mega Evolution trainers to use.

She is friends with Clemont, the Lumiose gym leader. And Bea, the fighting-type gym leader of Stow-on-Side in Galar. She is also great at axe-kicks as well.

In Pokemon Legends Z-A, Korrina has came to Lumiose to help Team MZ (A group in Lumiose with goals of protecting the city) investigate about the hyperspace phenomenons in Lumiose. She is also close with Ansha, who is Diantha's young daughter. Ansha is the 5-year-old daughter of Diantha who is talented at donut-making and she has befriended Hoopa the mythical Pokemon.

Korrina specializes in fighting types. Her main team includes Lucario, Chesnaught, Crabominable, Medicham, Hawlucha and Gallade. Every Pokemon in her main team can Mega Evolve with her partner Lucario becoming Mega Lucario Z. Her Pokemon in reserve includes Machamp, Mienshao and Sirfetch'd.

As Mega Lucario Z, parts of its body — namely its head, ears, arms, thighs, and tail — turn a dark gunmetal gray, while its forearms and legs turn completely teal. Its eyes turn bright blue with thick black outlines around them, and its face is decorated with an elaborate, silver pattern consisting of circles and crescent shapes. This silver pattern circles the back of Mega Lucario Z's head and extends halfway into its head appendages, which are clumped into two instead of being separated as four. These appendages grow out to reach Mega Lucario Z's knees, and have zig-zag seams on their sides and zig-zag tips at their ends. Two long strands of blue hair with zig-zag tips extend from behind Mega Lucario Z's head and over its ears, which have silver crescent patterns on them. The cream fur on Mega Lucario Z's torso is longer but flares to its right side at the bottom, unlike on Mega Lucario where it forms its tail. Mega Lucario Z's tail is split into two at the tip, and more silver stripes circle around its waist and thighs. Finally, the chest protrusion on Mega Lucario Z is round and shield-like with an S-shaped seam instead of pointy; similar round metal protrusions occur on Mega Lucario Z's hands, shins, and feet.

Mega Lucario Z's powers are said to greatly surpass those of a regular Lucario. It is named as such to differentiate it from the previously discovered Mega Lucario. It uses the longer fur surrounding its head and waist, along with its fan-shaped tail, to visually disorient opponents in close combat. This makes it difficult for them to see its aggressive movements. Additionally, parts of its fur have been hardened with steel energy. By focusing its strength into these hardened areas—specifically the back of its hands and shins—it can deliver powerful blows despite its appearance. It can utilize its powerful aura in various ways, such as extending it into a thin shield or concentrating it into specific parts of its body, like its legs or fists, to enhance its attacks. While Mega Lucario channels its aura into a destructive force, Mega Lucario Z uses it in a more defensive manner by cloaking itself in it to increase its defense, flexibility, and agility, allowing it to parry any attack. In doing so, it battles as if it was gracefully dancing. Mega Lucario Z can move so fast and swiftly that it appears to vanish in the midst of battle, overpowering opponents with its free flowing fighting style and sheer speed.
