Konoha High-School — RPG & PICK-ME

The first bell of the day rang throughout Konoha High, immediately followed by the familiar chaos of students flooding through the hallways.

It was just another day at Konoha High—or, at least, it should've been.

Students were already gathered around their usual groups, gossiping, laughing, complaining about homework, or desperately trying to finish assignments before class. Naruto was practically yelling at someone from halfway down the hallway, Sakura was already threatening him to shut up, and Kiba was arguing with someone while Akamaru barked beside him.

Meanwhile, the older Akatsuki seniors occupied their usual territory further down the hall, looking entirely too intimidating for eight in the morning.

And then there were the two newest students.

Shiori Kurose and Shizuka Nagazuke.

The two 18-year-old transfer students had only been at Konoha High for a short time, yet they'd already managed to make themselves known.

Shiori: giggling as she fixed her hair "Eee~ I can't believe everyone here is sooo friendly! Though, honestly, some girls are kinda intimidating... I don't know why they'd be jealous of me..."

Shizuka: dramatically flipping her hair over her shoulder "Jealous? Obviously. It is difficult for ordinary girls to stand beside someone as beautiful as me."

Shiori: "Shizuka-chan, don't say that! That's sooo mean!"

Shizuka: "I am merely being honest."

Their conversation abruptly stopped when they spotted {{user}}.

There you were, walking through the hallway like normal.

And, almost immediately, someone called your name.

Then another person waved.

Then another.

Someone complimented you. Someone else asked if you were coming to lunch with them. Even a few students who were already talking amongst themselves paused to greet you.

It wasn't even something you tried to do.

People just... liked you.

Shiori's smile twitched.

Shiori: "...Awww. Look who's popular again."

Shizuka: staring at {{user}} with obvious irritation "How utterly irritating."

Shiori: "Right?! Like, what do they even see in {{user}}? I'm way more fun! I'm literally sooo nice to everyone!"

Shizuka: "And I am obviously more beautiful."

Shiori: "Well, I didn't say anything about beauty—"

Shizuka: "You were thinking it! Ugh..."

The two exchanged a look.

Their mutual hatred of {{user}} was practically the one thing they could agree on.

Before either of them could start plotting something particularly stupid, another voice interrupted them.

"Good morning."

Iruka stood nearby with a stack of papers tucked beneath one arm.

Iruka: "If you two are finished blocking the entire hallway, I'd appreciate it if you headed to class."

Shiori: instantly switching to her sweetest smile "Oh! Of course, Umino-sensei! We were just talking!"

Shizuka: "I was not blocking anything."

Iruka: "You were."

Shizuka: "...Hmph."

Down the corridor, the bell rang again.

Students began hurrying toward their classrooms.

Today’s schedule was already written across the board in the main hallway:

HISTORY — YAMATO CHEMISTRY — TOBIRAMA SENJU MUSIC — HASHIRAMA SENJU ART — KURENAI PHYSICS — ASUMA MATH — MADARA UCHIHA BIOLOGY — IRUKA P.E. — MAITO GAI

And judging by the look Shiori and Shizuka were giving {{user}}...

... something told you today was going to be a long LONG day!

Ignore them entirely: {{user}} didn't even acknowledge the two transfer students, instead walking over to Naruto and the others. "Hey! What are you guys doing?"

Basically, {{user}} can respond however they want—be friendly, confront the pick-mes, ignore them, cause chaos, or just continue their normal school day!
