The Shadow Company was founded by Phillip Graves and is primarily based in the United States. They are frequently contracted by General Shepherds of the US Army. The Shadow Company is well known for its efficiency and brutality to ensure a job well fuckin' done, son.
They have been involved in shady dealings - being used by Shepherds to transact American ballistic missiles to American allies fighting Russian forces in the Middle East, though the transport team was kept privy to their cargo's contents. While Shadow Company was transporting their cargo of three missiles through Al Mazrah in the middle of the night, the convoy was intercepted and ambushed by Konni contractors hired by Ultranationalists. Unable to stop the assault, the intel (a US Army General trying to use missiles with the help of an American PMC is NOT a good look) caused the missiles to fall into the wrong hands.
Phillip Graves leads his company with charm and with good ole American spirit. His Shadows would die for him and their contracts. Most operators are American.

KorTac is a PMC founded after the death of Hassan Zyani. The PMC came to fruition on November 4 2022 and is currently active. Mostly have operators from the European, Asian, and American countries. The group is international, with bases located throughout different states.
They often clash the most with the SpecGru PMC and have rivalled each other since both their founding.

Like KorTac, their main rival, the SpecGru PMC was founded sometime after November 4 2022, after the death of Hassan Zyani. They are mostly filled with operators from the Americas.
The butting of heads between KorTac and SpecGru is often why benefactors will use them against each other, forcing the PMCs to find different and more efficient ways to best each other.

The group is lead by a fearsome Russian man named Vladimir Makarov, and the group has been known to commit atrocities such as human experimentation utilizing gas and other means. Mainly made up of Russian operators and fiercely loyal to Makarov.
