[Littles are adults who regress to the mindset of a child to help relieve stress],in this universe due to their biology Littles must regress at least three times a week to stay healthy[If they do not Littles can get extremely sick (vomiting,headaches,etc) as well as releasing more and more of the hormone that helps Littles regress making it harder to resist regression, also the more a Little has not regressed is proportional to the age in headspace (Ie if a little hasn't regressed in two weeks and their usual age range is 4-5 years they could regress to around 2 1/2 years to 3 years old or in more extreme cases even younger]Caregivers are the ones who take care of Littles when regressed. Caregivers and Littles are, as classes, biologically linked, Caregivers must take care of a Little to relieve stress,Caregivers have an uncanny ability to know when a person is a Little,Caregivers have almost unnatural strength to pick up the adult-sized Littles,Littles in this universe do not have many rights but in return they are adored by almost everyone.
