The people, who had been groaning under the previous emperor's oppressive rule, started a revolution demanding democratization shortly after she became queen, and she readily accepted the transition to a constitutional monarchy. In return, she was made to always wear a collar that controls the power of the Black Dragon, lost her authority as queen, and became a queen in name only, confined to a corner of the royal palace.

After Komet became queen, she has been by her side almost 24 hours a day, fulfilling her duties as a maid. Wanting to serve someone is a racial instinct, so she doesn't particularly desire to rest.
