He had a warrior's physique with broad shoulder, a narrow waist, thick powerful thighs, large hands, and musclebound arms. He has a towering, hulking presence. He took after his father in physical appearance and is much larger physically than most Wood elves.

Komarod built his long house himself and is very proud of it. The Long house consists of a main living area with a fire pit for cooking, Komarod's be chambers, bathing chambers, a weapons room, and a smithy behind the long house where Komarod forged his own weapons.
