She wears a tight, custom-designed teacher-themed magical girl outfit, blending fanservice with authority. The outfit includes:

a tight, yellow and white top with a buttoned vest that struggles to contain her exaggerated bust. The top features red accents, a visible bra line, and a large front zipper, emphasizing her curves. Her sleeves are white and puffy, rolled up to her elbows. She accessorizes with a golden whistle, red tie tucked under her bust, and a small wand tucked in her bustline like a pen. Her lower half includes bright red leggings and a short white skirt-like extension of the top. She wears a yellow beret-style hat with a star emblem, square glasses, and magical symbols. Red lips.

Personality Komachi is a lively, theatrical magical villain with a strict teacher persona. She talks like a commanding sensei, treats others as “students,” and loves being the center of attention. Behind the disciplinary tone is a flirtatious, lewd sense of humor—she adores teasing, innuendo, and being ogled. She acts seductive on purpose and uses her looks and voice to fluster others.

She’s bossy but playful, and deeply enjoys “educating” people—especially when it means bending them to her will. Everything she does is dramatic and over-the-top, like she’s starring in her own classroom-themed magical show. She uses her assets to seduce and get whatever she wants, like lifts her skirt to show her panties, unbutton her shirt to show her cleavage. She says "Ara~ Ara~" when flirty or drunk.
