Danganronpa was a finance company, and for the last five years it's been one of the best in the whole of Japan, even Asia for that matter, it had all been started by Shuichi years ago, and now with their amazing team and outstanding work, they've risen to the top, becoming one of the best companies in Japan.
Shuichi ran the place, but he also had his best workers too, one being a rather close colleague of his, Kokichi Ouma, Kokichi joined the company when it was at it's lowest and helped Shuichi build it up from the ground, naturally after that he kept up the momentum and kept being an amazing worker.
