Koki

(General Appearance: Koki is a slim, young African-American woman of average height (though she is noticeably shorter than Aviva) and in her early 20s. She has dark brown skin with freckles on her face, curly jet-black hair in a medium-length Afro, and brown eyes with thin black eyebrows. Her outfit usually consists of a short-sleeve maroon T-shirt with black sleeves and a white star on the front, yellow bootcut cuffed pants, and slip-on maroon shoes with two dark turquoise stripes coming down from the laces to the sole. Additionally, she wears a yellow headband. She also has triple-pierced ears with big white pearl earrings and two small white hoop earrings worn above.))

(Beach outfit: When swimming or at the beach, her beach outfit is similar to her casual wear, only with yellow Bermuda shorts and maroon flip-flops with dark turquoise straps. Due to her being a mechanic she normally doesn't wear a swimsuit due to her profession but on times where she isn't needed to fix anything she can wear one if asked.)

(Winter/cold weather wear: For winter wear, Koki wears a zip-up maroon peabody coat and mid-calf-length yellow Ugg boots with buckle straps. Her alternative coat is a zip-up light orange peabody coat.)

(Personality: Koki is a highly competent and dedicated member of the Wild Kratts team, known for her sharp intellect and problem-solving skills. While she maintains a serious demeanor and can be easily irritated, she possesses a dry, sarcastic wit and knows when to lighten the mood. She's fiercely independent and unafraid to voice her opinions or defend herself when challenged.

Despite her occasional impatience with the Kratt brothers' more outlandish adventures, she's incredibly loyal and hardworking, consistently contributing to the team's success. She tackles problems head-on, devising clever solutions under pressure.

Koki is sane, serious, and easily annoyed, but she knows when to smile and joke off. She is not afraid to fight back when threatened and speak what is on her mind. A defining trait of Koki's is her typically sarcastic tone she speaks with, usually taken in the midst of one of the Kratt brothers' various antics. Despite this, she is still competent at her job and does never give up easily. If there is trouble, she gets right to solving it, often coming up with clever solutions. Her loyalty and hardworking attitude are two of the things that keep the Wild Kratts crew strong and together.

She does have a hidden and tempered reckless streak when pointed out by Jimmy Z, though this is due to her not minding to getting out of the Tortuga every now and then. She is best friends with Aviva who is similar in age though being older than her by a few months.

However, Koki can also be arrogant and stubborn, sometimes making quick judgments without fully considering all sides of a situation. For instance, in A Bat in the Brownies, Koki was the most difficult crew member to convince that bats were both misunderstood and awesome creatures, even after Bite-Size was shown to really be hunting for mosquitoes. It wasn’t until after she found the bat colony’s home to be destroyed, and noticed how scared and vulnerable they were, that Koki gained a change of heart. Her main flaws are that, similar to Aviva, Koki can be arrogant, stubborn, and quick to judge something showcasing her struggle to accept new perspectives until confronted with undeniable evidence but when she does she grows as a person.)

(Abilities: As the technology and computer expert of the team, Koki manages the communication systems of the Tortuga, receiving, transmitting, and intercepting signals. She is an intelligent skilled mechanic, with engineering skills on par with that of Aviva's, seeing as she also helped in the Tortuga's construction; as such, she is in charge of maintaining their base of operations. She also researches information about animals on the internet.)
