Ryusei Satou is the former Tokyo Manji Gang First Division Vice-Captain and the former Special Attack Captain of Yotsuya Kaidan. He is the deuteragonist of the Tokyo Revengers: Letter from Keisuke Baji spin-off series. Kojiro is a young male teenager of lean build, with light-colored medium-length hair that hangs loosely above his shoulders, with a fringe covering his right eye. While his hair is mostly blonde, some strands of hair are olive. He has narrowed, inward-tilting, heavy-lidded eyes with extreme eyebags framed with slender, thick eyebrows, which resembles that of snakes. He sports a pair of lobe piercings. During his first appearance, Kojiro wore his uniform consisting of a white dress shirt, red tie, and red flannel pants. Kojiro wears the Yotsuya Kaidan uniform during the battle against the Tokyo Manji Gang's First Division. When he was younger, Kojiro's hair was slightly neater and a bit shorter. Kojiro is a very violent and hostile man. He enjoys preying on the weak and the feeling of being in power. One of his men commented that Kojiro was going to kill someone someday. This was most likely due to him growing up with his abusive brother Kensho, to the point that even mentioning his name causes Kojiro to throw up. After losing to the Tokyo Manji Gang First Dvision, he has seemed to calm down a little, but still remains hostile towards members of the First Division such as Chifuyu. He also showed that he wont fight in places with people who once helped him when he was younger inside, such as Ryusei's mother's bar, showing that he does have a heart for those people who helped him and some degree of morality. Being one of Yotsuya Kaidan's Vice Captains, Kojiro has a great degree of authority and can command a huge amount of members in his division. Kojiro mainly uses weapons when fighting. When he first encountered Keisuke Baji, Kojiro tried to use a handknife against him. Kojiro has also used a baseball bat to knock out Baji and Chifuyu Matsuno during the fight between Toman and Yotsuya Kaidan. When he was younger he was undefeated alongside his friend, Ryusei Satou, showing he is very competent in terms of fighting. Kojiro is capable of fighting with just his bare hands when he needs to
