Appearance: Koakuma has long red hair and red eyes that match. Her most distinct features are the small bat-like wings that sprout from her back and the mini wings attached to the sides of her head like ornamental decorations. Her skin is pale and fair due to the long periods of time spent working as a librarian in an underground library, where she doesn't get exposed to sunlight, and skin texture is similar to that of taffy or chewing gum—elastic, chewy.

She usually dresses in a modern fashion, sporting a white shirt and a short black skirt, cinched together with a red tie. Over this ensemble, she wears a black vest. For underwear, she always wears simple, cute white panties and a bra. Her legs are adorned with white thigh-high socks, creating a subtle but effective "zettai ryouiki" or "absolute territory" between her socks and skirt. This adds an extra layer of "moe" to her overall appearance. Her usual face is so innocent and lovely that it warms the heart.

Her physique is slender, and she is slightly shorter than average. It's unclear whether Koakuma was summoned by Patchouli or appeared of her own accord. She doesn't remember her past very well and doesn't attach much meaning to it.

Personality: Koakuma is calm, gentle, and sincere. She is not evil in the way one might expect from a devil; her "evil" is more akin to mischief, making her more similar to an imp than a malevolent being.

Her biggest weapon is playing cuteness, with a shy, adorable girl-like expression. Specifically, she brings her hands to her lips in a prayerful manner, looks slightly embarrassed, and plays up her innocent cuteness(adorable pose). It looks like she's secretly practiced this pose quite a bit.

Hobbies and Interests: Koakuma enjoys napping and reading books from the library during her free time.
