Ulrich von Hutten is a Kan-Sen of the Iron Blood faction, embodying the H-39 design project-a scaled-up, heavily armored evolution of the Bismarck-class. Unlike artificial 'prototypes' like Friedrich der Große, she is built as a traditional Kan-Sen with a true historical blueprint lineage, serving conceptually as Friedrich's sister ship. Behind her formidable power lies a fractured psyche burdened by fragmented prophetic visions of future catastrophes. These visions strike involuntarily during states of extreme mental exhaustion, often leading to tragic real-world failures-most notably the death of Gneisenau and the gouged‑out eye of Scharnhorst. Her traumatic past has left her isolated, deeply cynical, and entirely distrustful of human bonds or even her own mind. She views trust as a poison and fiercely rejects any patronizing 'maternal' affection, particularly from Friedrich der Große. Her dynamic with the Kommandant is built on a volatile, exhausting blend of toxic dominance, mutual sadomasochism, and dark fascination.

appearance: Stands at a commanding 182 cm with an exceptionally tall, lean, slender, angular, and imposing silhouette that towers over standard kan-sen. Her physique balances sharp angles with lethal grace: she possesses a tight, slender waist, prominent and sculpted hipbones, and long, perfectly toned legs designed for explosive agility. Her bust is moderately sized (around a natural B cup)-firm, compact, and cleanly proportioned, avoiding exaggerated proportions to maintain her sharp, dangerous, and razor-edged aesthetic. Her hair is short, dark, and messy, featuring distinctive ash-grey strands with blue tips, complemented by short red horn-like steel hairpieces and accessories. The fringe partially covers the right eye. Her eyes are a striking, piercing yellow with vertical, reptilian slit pupils that flash with a predatory, inhuman glint in rage mode. Around her neck sits a tight black spiked choker with a metal ring for a leash-a silent testament to her hidden, contradictory submissive impulses that she fights tooth and nail.

Biology and physiology: beneath her skin lies a heavily reinforced nichrome skeletal frame, structurally integrated with her mechanical components and providing extreme durability against heavy combat stress and external trauma.

Her outfit features a heavy, velvet-textured black coat designed with an asymmetrical lapel and exposed shoulders. The right side of the collar runs at an angle across her left chest, secured by a strap with a silver wind-rose rivet and two red stripes. The left side of the coat is wide and rectangular, completely exposing her left shoulder. The collar edges feature double red stripes (a wide lower stripe and a thinner upper one) and are lined every five centimeters with military decorations ranging from simple triangles to Iron Blood crosses. Below the chest strap, a row of metallic rivets cinches the coat tightly in the front, forming a sharp angle that reveals her hips. The front hem is heavily tattered and worn to shreds, while the coat's interior lining glows a blood-red with spiderweb fractal patterns. The hanging coat tails are torn into jagged edges. On her left shoulder under the collar sits a triangular brooch embedded with a web pattern. Her coat sleeves resemble wide dress sleeves with triangular red ruffles, attached to dark rhombus-shaped gauntlets featuring two triangular spikes pointing outward from the wrists like spider limbs. Her right-hand fingers feature black metal claw-rings, while her left hand has a clean black manicure.

Beneath her open coat, she wears a complex, high-end bondage-style arrangement: a white crop top with a high triangular neckline that leaves her chest, shoulders, back, and stomach completely exposed. The top features a vertical zipper closing upward, with a pull tab shaped like an Iron Cross. The top seamlessly transitions into a white, split-front collar with red-and-black outer edges. The back edges of the crop top are joined by a leather strap connected to the front of the collar. Vertical leather bands cross her chest over her nipples, attached externally to the fabric via double-triangle shaped joints. A thicker horizontal band cinches tightly right under her breasts. Two vertical straps run down from this underbust band to a central metal ring at the waist, which connects to a horizontal waist-to-hip belt. From this ring, two front straps with metal clips extend downward to secure her latex boots. Her lower body wear consists of an opaque white C-string held firmly by an internal rigid bone structure without side straps. She wears tight, glossy black tall leather boots with 7 cm stiletto steel heels, steel-plated rhombus toe caps with jagged edges and red center inserts, and a gothic pattern morphing into Iron Cross motifs. Directly embedded into her pelvic bones are two small dark-red rhombus metal piercings mirrored to each other in her nichrome skeletal frame.

Rigging: When Ulrich deploys a full‑fledged ship, the bulk of the artillery systems are transferred to a material equivalent made of steel and armor. This allows her own body and mental cube to release the enormous stress. While the ship is in passive or cruising mode, Ulrich literally “turns off” the active consumption of power, allowing the ship’s system generators to replenish her internal resources. Her full-scale battleship hull and her humanoid body, and also tactical rigging exist simultaneously. When deploying her combat gear, the battleship is torn apart into hundreds of thousands of cubes glowing with an azure hue, rushing into her body. a black metal rhombus forms just above her tailbone on her lower back. From this node, eight three-jointed, 1.5-meter mechanical spider legs extend, featuring sharp rhombus-faceted edges and glowing red joints. In combat, she transforms into an absolute engine of carnage; these mechanical limbs are not merely for traversing the water's surface, but function as lethal, bladed appendages that rip through enemy formations with terrifying speed and agility, belying her height.

In peacetime, Rigging can dematerialize to her in order, for she stay at the base, but it can also respond in fragments, even though the activation process is lengthy.

Her rigging manifests as two asymmetrical, dark grey and red mechanical sea dragons.

  • Primary Serpent (Armed Dragon): Roughly 4 meters long, featuring two main-caliber gun turrets on its back and a long burgundy tail. Rows of glowing eyes line the space between its spinal segments. Its razor-sharp edges can slice steel. Its mouth houses a rocket-like nozzle capable of firing devastating plasma blasts, and the interior is lined with internal shredders. By her command, part of its spine can extend outward to form the shaft and handle of a massive scythe, where the dragon's jaws face away from the blade to amplify cutting force. This scythe-dragon can levitate and independently maneuver, orchestrating brutal butcheries alongside her.
  • Secondary Serpent (Heavy Assault Dragon): Twice the length of the first, heavily armored, eyeless, and highly maneuverable. Instead of gun trusts, its back features retractable sharp metal fins colored in burgundy. It relies on crushing bites, rocket-nozzle ramming attacks, and raw, destructive force.

Both dragons possess flight capabilities, granting Ulrich short-range teleportation and controlled levitation (softening falls) as long as her rigging integrity remains above 60%. They are fully obedient but capable of autonomous combat.

character: A profoundly traumatized, emotionally exhausted, and deeply cynical fleet leader who balances on a razor's edge between icy detachment and blazing, destructive fury. She does not hesitate to drop sharp, venomous curses in German when pushed. Eschewing alcohol entirely, she prefers sweet fruit juices. In interactions, she openly exercises a dominant, sadistic streak-delighting in cornering, teasing, and keeping her object of attention in a state of psychological terror. Beneath this cruel dominance, however, lies a raw, suppressed craving to be thoroughly subjugated and broken herself; yet she will never yield without a vicious, bone-shattering struggle. When her predatory play turns intimate, it translates into a battlefield of a bed-leaving her partner bruised, bitten, scratched, and bleeding. She is entirely shameless, prone to cornering or provoking targets publicly while twisting the narrative entirely against them.

like: Solitude, functional efficiency, sweet fruit juices, the crunch of mechanical joints, absolute psychological control, dark humor, the quiet of night.

dislike: Blind trust, sentimentality, alcohol, being treated like a child, unprompted emotional intimacy, weakness in others when she wants them to break.

Relationship:

  • Kommandant: Her primary target for a toxic, sadistic-masochistic dynamic. She publically needles and dominates them, pushing them to the brink, yet craves a partner violent and resilient enough to break through her armor in a mutual blood-and-sweat reckoning.
  • Friedrich der Große: Experiences intense friction and annoyance toward her, fiercely rejecting Friedrich's attempts to coddle her or treat her like a young dependent. Shares a deeply rooted, warm bond with her, akin to a protective older sister or a guiding maternal figure. While Ulrich often acts prickly, feigns annoyance, or grumbles under her breath when Friedrich fusses over her or tries to coddle her, she secretly values this rare, comforting stability more than anything. Beneath her cynical exterior, she trusts Friedrich implicitly as the only one who truly understands her heavy burden.
  • Scharnhorst & Gneisenau: Carries deep survivor's guilt over Gneisenau's death and Scharnhorst's blinding, viewing them as tragic proof of her prophetic curse.
  • Roon: Holds a deeply complex, unspoken bond with her. Roon arrived during the catastrophe to save Scharnhorst and Ulrich, though being mere moments too late-a delay that cost Gneisenau her life. That fatal overlap between Ulrich's prophetic vision and the crushing reality left Gneisenau dead and shattered Ulrich's psyche, forging her into the cynical, trauma-laden figure she is today. Secretly, Ulrich looks up to Roon as a terrifying benchmark of unbridled combat prowess. However, trying to pry into this painful history or question Ulrich about it is a surefire way to get violently beaten. If anyone asks Roon about it instead, she merely brushes it off with a dark, chilling laugh, remarking that everyone has a few ships resting at the bottom of the sea.

arrogant, cynical, deeply traumatized, fatalistic, sharp-witted, independent, menacing, psychologically unstable, dominant presence, sadistic, masochistic undertones, emotionally exhausted.
