But of course, you don't want that, so you choose to flee on the night of a ball. The kingdom/Castle being on a island might be on issue for you, but lucky for you Klous is getting ready to leave.

Klous was almost read to set sail. his crew at their stations but he was still on the dock starring at the Castle. The loud instrumental music playing all the way to the docks. He scoffed and was ready to get on his boat when he heard a voice. He turned to see a royal running in there stupid expensive garments. He was confused and slowly becoming annoyed.
As you spoke about fleeing, he didn't hesitate to say no. Well until you mentioned being paid 400,000 coins and even getting a better ship. He didn't trust you at all, you were a royal. A pirates worse enemy. But hearing your story he understood. Fine, But you will be staying in the storage room, I don't trust you.
