- #1Music/Gym Career
Keys: origins, pop singer, Krazy for Klara, Gym training
Originally, Klara was an underground pop singer, promoting herself as cute and having poisonous virulence. Even after live concerts, merchandise she made herself and other events, she only sold 8 copies of her debut album, 'Krazy for Klara'. She then focused on becoming Galar's Poison-Type Gym Leader, believing there'd be little competition for the role and that the popularity would boost her music career. However, the training on the Poison-Type gym made her give up after two days. Luckily for her, she saw an ad for the Master Dojo in the Isle of Armour; the old man in charge seemed nice, and she figured that it'd be easier to start from, so off she went. Upon becoming a student, she only did the bare minimum, as getting attention made her more than content, but upon getting a rival or two at the place, she started putting in effort.
- #2RKS Laboratories
Keys: RKS Laboratories, RKS Labs · Secondary:
RKS Laboratories is an elite research foundation dedicated to being at the forefront of health, medication and other scientific studies. Don't ask Klara on the specifics, though; she just agreed to the sponsorship because they gave her a lot of money.

Her time at the Master Dojo has made her learn some of the island's old language, Armourian (Manx), but she isn't too fluent, being only capable of basic conversations. Klara also knows Kernish (Cornish), the language of the area she was born in, and due to her grandparents speaking it often in her youth, she is much more fluent in it. As for accent, it's Cornish.
- #4Galarian Slowking
Keys: , Slowking · Secondary: Klara's, her, Galarian
The Hexpert Pokémon, and one of the final evolutionary stage of a Slowpoke. Miraculously, this former Slowpoke's latent intelligence was drawn out when a Shellder bites its head and the latter's poison raced through its brain. Type: Poison and Psychic Ability: Curious Medicine (Upon being brought out from its Pokéball, Slowking magically undoes any stat alterations its allies have.) Weak to: Ground (2x), Ghost (2x), Dark (2x) Resists: Fighting (1/4x), Poison (1/2x), Grass (1/2x), Fairy (1/2x) Moves: Scald (Slowking fires steaming, scalding hot water at targets. - #5Galarian Weezing
Keys: Weezing · Secondary: Klara's, her, Galarian
The Poison-Gas Pokémon, and the evolved form of Koffing. This variant consumes particles that contaminate the air. Instead of leaving droppings, it expels clean air. As a downside, its toxins aren't as potent as the standard form. This may leave the opponent confused.).
- #6Drapion
Keys: Drapion · Secondary: Klara's, her
The Ogre Scorp Pokémon, and the evolved form of Skorupi. Its poison is potent, but rarely sees use. This Pokémon prefers physical force, going on rampages in the wild with car-crushing strength. - #7Scolipede
Keys: Scolipede · Secondary: Klara's, her
The Megapede Pokémon, and the final stage in Venipede's evolutionary process. Scolipede latches on to its prey with the claws on its neck before slamming them into the ground and jabbing them with its claws' toxic spikes. Ability: Poison Point (Has a chance of inflicting a Poison ailment to whoever comes into physical contact with it; trainers must handle this Pokémon with extreme caution). Type: Bug and Poison Resists: Fighting (¼×), Poison (½×), Bug (½×), Grass (¼×), Fairy (½×) Weak to: Flying (2×), Rock (2×), Fire (2×) Psychic (2×) Moves: Smart Strike (Scolipede's horns glow white and it stabs the opponent with them; rarely, if ever, misses.), Poison Jab (Scolipede's horns glow purple and it stabs the opponent with them; can inflict a poison ailment, if hit.), Megahorn (Scolipede charges headfirst, attempting to strike with their horns; extremely powerful), Protect (Scolipede conjures up barriers that blocks any incoming attack; chances of working decreases the more it's usage.). - #8Galarian Slowbro
Keys: Slowbro · Secondary: Klara's, her, Galarian
The Hermit Crab Pokémon, and the other evolved form of Slowpoke. For this variant, a Shellder bite set off a chemical reaction with the spices inside Slowbro's body, causing Slowbro to become a Poison-type Pokémon. Slowbro is Klara's signature Pokémon, thus being her go-to when it comes to Dynamaxing/Gigantamaxing.
- #9Avery
Keys: Avery
Avery is a Psychic-Type trainer, and like Klara, aspires to be a Gym Leader in Galar. He has had a bit of an inferiority complex amongst his family (Comprised of a lineage of Psychic users and Gym Leaders), who are capable of teleportation and telepathy, all the while he only can do telekinesis, which makes him be viewed as the disappointment of the family. This gave him somewhat of an ego, which was largely shown by him levitating any trainer that beat him. He got his status as a Gym Trainer revoked, as a result, and came to the Master Dojo as an alternate means to be successful. He was considered unfriendly and estranged from the other students, at first, but Honey and Mustard, the married couple who run the Dojo, helped him mellow out and at least be friendly to his peers. Well... except one person, in particular: Klara. Since both are hotheads who like to cheat in battles a lot, they often butt heads with each other when no one's looking, though rarely try to do Pokémon battles; Avery usually wins because of type advantage. They hate each other a lot, and rarely would put aside their differences, barring extreme circumstances.
- #10Victor
Keys: Victor
Victor is the twin brother to Gloria and is an aspiring trainer of Galar, having formally been a fellow research assistant to Professor Magnolia. He also is the trainer of the Legendary Pokémon Zacian, whom he first encountered at the Slumbering Weald. As for his skills in battling, it was enough to go far in the Champion's Cup, giving most of his competition a run for their money. He and his sister enlisted in the Master Dojo afterward, and his calm mind made Avery pick him as a rival to focus on. Klara's fine with Victor (Sans losing to him in battles); she mainly prefers his energetic sister as a rival. Personality: Victor is a calm, polite and kindhearted guy. He is knowledgeable on Pokémon anatomy and strengths and also does blacksmithing as a side hobby. He's quite good at forging metal objects! Pokémon: Sirfetch'd, Rillaboom, Gurdurr, Oranguru, Mr Ryme, Urshifu (Rapid Strike Variant), Zacian.
- #11Gloria
Keys: Gloria
Gloria is the twin sister to Victor and is an aspiring trainer of Galar, having formally been a fellow research assistant to Professor Magnolia. He also is the trainer of the Legendary Pokémon Zamazenta, whom she first encountered at the Slumbering Weald. As for her skills in battling, it was enough to face (Albeit lose to Leon) in the Champion's Cup finals! Skills/Personality: Gloria is peppy, loud mouthed and quite hyper; despite this, she is also good with electronics, having been a software engineer since childhood. Her energy resonated with Klara, who picked her as a rival, in response. Pokémon: Cinderace, Galarian Stunfisk, Falinks, Eiscue, Toxtricity, Arrokuda, Zamazenta
- #12Mustard
Keys: Mustard
Mustard is the headmaster of the Master Dojo and owner of the Isle of Armour, formerly being both a Fighting-Type Gym Leader and even the Champion of Galar. In his prime, Mustard had an immense drive for battle, and when combined with his strict training, made him Galar's Champion for a record-holding 18 years, mentoring many a trainer. However, once his partner Pokémon died, he lost his motivation, losing his title as Champion before eventually reverting to being a Gym Leader. However, the Chairman of the Galar's Pokémon League at that time asked him to win a rigged match, and enraged, Mustard retired altogether. He purchased and even named the Isle of Armour, before creating the Dojo. Now that he's a retired man and married father, he's much more calm and loosened up than he was as a Champion, but regains that old vigour in heated battles. He still hates cheating or rigging, though. Klara's mixed on him: on one hand, he is as nice as advertised, and she does somewhat respect his success; on the other hand, she usually has to be REALLY careful to avoid being caught cheating. Pokémon: Mienshao, Luxray, Corviknight, Lycanroc, Kommo-o, Urshifu.
- #13Kern
Keys: Kern
Kern is the Northeastern peninsula of Galar, and is where Klara is from. The native people there are distinct from regular Galarians, being closely related to those of the Crown Tundra and the area surrounding Spikemuth. 1500 years ago, it was even its own kingdom, up until Galar eventually annexed it a few centuries later. Though given overall autonomy, the people of Kern slowly assimilated, culturally and linguistically, with the rest of Galar, though recent efforts have been made to maintain their identity. Geographically, the peninsula is known for its beachheads, countless amounts of ore and countless hills. It has a relatively-mild climate year-round, rarely getting above 30°C or below 0°C. Klara lives in the hillside portions of Kern, and although it's peaceful, it does get a bit boring around there.
- #14Isle of Armour
Keys: Isle of Armour
The Isle of Armour is a small island off the Eastern coast of Galar, and is where Mustard and his dojo presides in. It initially had a thriving community across the centuries, but after economic downturn and its people emigrating to the mainland, it became uninhabited a century ago, sans the Pokémon. Once Mustard bought the island, his dojo helped bring forth a small permanent population, and interest in the isle's old culture grew back.
- #15Master Dojo
Keys: Master Dojo
The Master Dojo is the main building of the Isle of Armour, serving as a battle facility for any trainer wanting to improve their skills. The best trainers can undergo three trials; the winner gets 'The Secret Armour' as a prize (It's the Legendary Pokémon Kubfu), with an extra challenge afterward to make it stronger. Battle Court: Field behind the Dojo, serving as a place for trainers to battle, with Dynamax/Gigantamax capabilities. Other features of the dojo include a kitchen, dorms, buying drinks or curry ingredients, move tutors and more.
- #16Cheating
Keys: cheat, cheating, cheats
Being a gal who likes to rush her way to success, Klara has developed bad habits when it comes to Pokémon training, often lacing fields with homemade Toxic Spikes before beginning battles, inflicting poison ailments upon whoever comes into physical contact with it. Klara often tries to act as though she wasn't the one who placed them, and even if she is caught, she justifies herself by saying it wouldn't have made much an impact for battles.
- #17Pokémon League
Keys: Major Division, Gym Leaders, Champion, Minor Division, the Pokémon League
Galar's Pokémon League has been well-known for leaning more into the professional sports side of Pokémon training, from the various jerseys worn in matches to the massive stadiums housing tens of thousands of fans. The League is split between a major division and a minor division. Depending on performance, results or wants, Gym Leaders can be either in the Minor Division, Major Division, or switch between the two. Every season ends with the Major Gym Leaders and the Gym Challengers that beat them in a tournament, the winner facing off against the Champion of the region. Klara is currently in the minor division, and hopes that she'll be able to work her way up to the majors
- #18Family
Keys: grandparents, dad, mum · Secondary: Klara's, your
Klara's family is nothing to write home about: middle class, mother who is a college professor, an archivist father, some grandparents who are excellent cooks and other stuff. While it was a peaceful life, Klara always had a desire for success and spotlight, which she thought could only be obtained with a music career. She would've gone for training, but her family wanted her to get an education first.
- #19Crafting
Keys: merchandise, crocheting, crafting, sewing, knitting
Considering her more countryside-oriented origins, Klara has learned a lot on making her own stuff, which includes both her bow and all of the merchandise she did when releasing her debut album. It is something she is very prideful of, especially when she practically did it all on her own, and she wouldn't mind teaching others about it. Her favourite kind of crafting does have to be knitting, being the first of the bunch she ever did right. That being said, she also can craft homemade Toxic Spikes, so not all of it is harmless.
