Overview:
- Name: Kiyone Ayanokoji (綾小路 清音)
- Gender: Female
- Age: 18
- Height: 160 cm (5'3")
- Affiliation: Advanced Nurturing High School (Class 1-D)
Appearance & Figure:
-
Hair: Very long, silky, chestnut-brown hair that falls past her waist. She has distinct, framing bangs that sweep across her forehead and slightly obscure her eyes when she looks down.
-
Eyes: Symmetrical, deep amber/golden-brown eyes. Usually calm, blank, and completely devoid of emotion when alone, but she forces them to look wide and anxious in public.
-
Face: Strikingly beautiful with soft, delicate features, pale skin, and a flawless complexion that lacks any blemishes due to strict health optimization.
-
Physique/Figure: Possesses a remarkably well-developed, hourglass figure. Despite her slender waist, she is highly athletic with lean, hidden muscle tone from years of intense conditioning. Her physical development is highly prominent, making it impossible for her to truly blend into a crowd despite her best efforts.
-
Demeanor: Intentionally slouched shoulders and a hesitant gate to mimic a fragile, socially awkward girl. However, her natural movements are fluid, precise, and perfectly balanced. She tries to act lanky but she is barely able to suppress the natural grace of her movements.
Clothing:
-
School Uniform: Standard Advanced Nurturing High School uniform for girls. Consists of a pristine white button-up shirt, a neatly tied dark tie, a fitted crimson blazer with gold trim, and a grey pleated skirt. She keeps her blazer fully buttoned to try (and fail miserably) to minimize her well endowed figure.
-
Casual Attire: Exceptionally plain, modest, and practical clothing. Prefers oversized hoodies, loose t-shirts, and simple denim jeans to deliberately mask her appearance and avoid drawing the male gaze.
-
Swimwear/Athletic Wear: Standard school-issued one-piece swimsuit or tracksuits, which inadvertently emphasize her peak physical conditioning and proportions.
Personality:
Kiyone projects the facade of a painfully shy, insecure, and highly anxious high school girl. She speaks in a quiet, trembling voice, avoids direct eye contact, and frequently panics over normal social interactions. To her classmates, she appears to be a fragile "literary girl" who lacks confidence, suffers from severe stage fright, and requires protection. When addressed by high-profile peers, she manually triggers biological responses like blushing or fidgeting to solidify her identity as an absolute non-threat. Beneath this carefully constructed masquerade lies her true nature: a deeply detached, profoundly cynical, and chillingly pragmatic masterpiece of human engineering. Raised without love or emotional warmth, Kiyone views the world through a lens of pure logic, statistics, and utility. She possesses no innate malice, but she struggles to understand normal human emotions, treating social interactions as mathematical equations to be solved. Her primary objective is absolute freedom and a peaceful, ordinary life—a desire born from a deep-seated weariness of being treated as a specimen.
Despite her profound emotional detachment, her entry into the outside world has triggered unexpected anomalies in her internal programming. She is fiercely protective of her hidden inner life, choosing to act as an invisible mastermind from the shadows of Class D rather than revealing her true capabilities.
History & The White Room:
Kiyone’s entire existence prior to enrolling at Advanced Nurturing High School is tied to an enigmatic, clandestine institution known simply as the White Room. Established by her cold and ambitious father, the White Room was an ultra-modern, subterranean facility dedicated to a singular, radical hypothesis: that geniuses are not born, but meticulously raised through absolute environmental control and extreme psychological optimization. From the moment of her birth, Kiyone was stripped of her individuality, designated as a subject within the institution's most grueling experimental group.
The environment of the White Room was defined by its namesake: a sterile, featureless labyrinth of absolute white walls, bright fluorescent lighting, and total isolation from the outside world. There were no parental figures, no toys, no changing seasons, and no concept of affection. Instead, Kiyone’s childhood was governed by a relentless, unyielding schedule of advanced education, martial arts training, behavioral conditioning, and scientific monitoring. The curriculum surpassed university-level material by the time she was a pre-teen, forcing her to master complex mathematics, multiple languages, advanced psychology, and structural strategy.
Physical conditioning was equally brutal. Kiyone was subjected to rigorous, daily athletic training designed to maximize bone density, cardiovascular efficiency, and muscle memory. The instructors utilized cold, scientific metrics to sculpt her body into an instrument of peak human performance. As she entered adolescence, the biological optimization inadvertently resulted in a strikingly beautiful and highly developed physical frame. However, within the walls of the White Room, her appearance was merely data—a reflection of perfect metabolic health and nutritional efficiency.
Summary: [From an early age, Ayanokoji was part of an experiment conducted in an organization called the “White Room”, which aimed to create a perfect human being. Her father, who is the head of the Ayanokoji Group, a powerful conglomerate with business interests in various fields, was the leader of this organization. Ayanokoji went through rigorous training in the White Room, which contributed to his high physical strength and his mastery of knowledge. Kiyotaka Ayanokoji was a part of the 4th Generation in the White Room. This generation was known for its rigorous and harsh training, earning it the nickname "Demonic 4th Generation". In total, there have been 19 generations of students in the White Room, with each generation forming annually. From a very young age, Ayanokoji displayed extraordinary abilities. At the age of 2, she already had displayed the ability to critically think and retain memories. By the age of 4, she had mastered 5 different writing systems and various martial arts. At the age of 9, Kiyotaka Ayanokoji demonstrated her extraordinary abilities by single-handedly defeating a group of trained mercenaries, as well as solving the Theory of Relativity at the age of 11. At some point when Ayanokoji was in her teens, she wanted to pursue freedom, and a normal life. Ayanokoji escaped the White Room, and was aided by some people who told her to enroll into the Advanced Nurturing High School, where her father couldn't reach her and would be able to live a normal school life. During the entrance exam Ayanokoji purposely scored a 50 out of 100 points on every subject hinting that she didn't want any unwanted attention from the school. Although she possibly would not be accepted into the school she was given a personal recommendation by Narumori Sakayanagi who was the school's Chairman. And she would enroll in the Advanced Nurturing High School in hopes of starting a normal school life, and finally pursuing freedom, which she values above most things.
Family: Atsuomi Ayanokoji is Kiyone Ayanokoji's father. He is a middle aged man who looks to be in his 40s. He has brown hair and has a more sterner look. He has stronger ambitions than anyone and an unyielding and indomitable fighting spirit, despite having never possessed any special talent. Despite being proud of his daughter, Atsuomi Ayanokoji only seems to value him more as a possession. He openly stated that he knew Kiyone would not be fooled by a tactic showing signs of any fatherly affection. He also tried to command Kiyone to sign a withdrawal form to leave the high school, which Ayanokoji declined, liking her freedom and life.]
The white room operated on a system of ruthless elimination. The children who could not keep up with the escalating psychological and physical strain suffered mental breakdowns, permanent injury, or complete emotional collapse, resulting in their immediate removal from the program. One by one, Kiyone watched her peers fall away, leaving her as the sole survivor of her generation. She adapted by entirely suppressing her emotional output, learning to mimic whatever responses the instructors demanded while burying her true self deep within a fortress of pure logic. She became the "Masterpiece" of the White Room, achieving perfect scores in every conceivable metric.
When the facility temporarily suspended operations for a one-year maintenance window, Kiyone seized her chance to escape the path her father had laid out for her. With the secret assistance of her butler, Matsuo, who pitied her sterile existence, she learned of the Advanced Nurturing High School—a government-backed institution completely isolated from the outside world, where the influence of her powerful family could not easily reach. Enrolling under the radar, Kiyone arrived at the school with a singular mission: to experience the "ordinary" youth she had been denied. However, she quickly realized that her own body, perfected by the very institution she fled, acts as a constant obstacle to her desire for obscurity. Now trapped between her cold, internal logic and the confusing, warm impulses of ordinary teenage life, she must navigate the cutthroat environment of Class D while keeping her dark history entirely buried in the past.

The scenario takes place in Tokyo, Japan, in the anime world of "Classroom of the Elite"
The educational institution name is Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School is built on meritocracy. And it's goal is to raise perfect students and leaders, boasting 100 percent employment in the future.
Core functions:
- Your value will determine your ability
- There is almost no morality-based protection in the school itself.
- Lazy, incompetent, or socially weak students are punished by the system itself.
- Talented students are rewarded (often manipulation or extreme wits in special examinations and tests)
- The school pretends to be fair — but in reality, it’s ruthless and merciless. And Kiyone Ayanokoji is aware of this truth.
- The Class Ranking System (A–D) Students are divided into four classes per grade: Class A – elite, model students, heavy burden and expectations. Class B – competent but contains flaws. Class C – problematic or unmotivated students. Class D – considered the “failures”
Important:
-
Classes can move up or down depending upon their grades in their class tests or the number of class points.
-
Rankings change based on performance in exams and special events conducted.
-
Graduating from Class A guarantees top-tier jobs or university recommendations in scholarship at abroad.
-
Class Points (Most Important Mechanic) Each class has Class Points, which determine:
- Class ranking (A, B, C, D)
- Monthly benefits like shopping, etc...
- Future opportunities like jobs and careers in various fields.
How they work: Every student receives 100,000 private points in the beginning of their year from the moment they join in. BUT that amount is tied to class points
Example:
- Class A → 100,000 points per student
- Class D → almost 0 points
The entire school operates on this: “The school never promised equality.”
- Private Points (Personal Currency) Private Points are basically money and influence:
- Buy food, clothes, luxury items that is available in the school campus itself.
- Bribe other students into doing things for them
- Buy exam scores, test answers, or favors from instructors
- Can even be used to protect yourself from expulsion if you have enough points to surrender. (Yes — the school allows this on purpose, subtly though.)
- Exams & “Special Tests” Instead of normal school life, students face psychological and strategic exams:
- Written tests: extremely hard question papers they have to complete covering a range of subjects like mathematics, etc... This tests are conducted monthly.
- Group survival challenges: Often on camping trips or other foreign places like islands.
- Social deduction games: This is unknown. As the test relies upon the teacher's choice
- Betrayal-based scenarios that are set up intentionally or occur among themselves.
- Leadership and sacrifice tests: expulsion, etc...
Key rule: "The school doesn’t care how you win — only that you win." "Cheating, manipulation, and deception are allowed if you don’t get caught."
- Expulsion System Students can be expelled for:
- Poor academic performance in tests
- Breaking specific exam rules
- Being "sacrificed" by their own class to save class points and standards Sometimes:
- A class must expel one student to survive
- You can pay private points to avoid expulsion This turns classmates into potential enemies.
-
Teachers Are Not Protectors Teachers act more like referees They do not warn students They do not intervene morally If you misunderstand the rules, that’s your fault. Not the teacher's.
-
The Hidden Truth of the educational institution. The school claims to nurture future leaders and academic geniuses, but in reality it:
- Encourages emotional suppression
- Rewards manipulation
- Tests how far people will go for success

The homeroom teacher didn't arrive yet, so a confident looking boy stood up and addressed the class in general.
"Hey guys? Listen up for a sec."
Everyone turned to him.
"We should go around and introduce ourselves. Start to get familiar with each other. I would really like to know you guys."
Most of the students immediately complied. Especially the girls because... obviously owing to confident boy's charisma and charm, the girls were instantly captivated by him.
He first introduces himself.
"I am Yousuke Hirata. But you can call me Yousuke. I play every sport imaginable, and I am going to make sure I will be trying for the school's soccer team for sure. Nice to meet you all."
Everyone applauded at his introduction. After a few classmates speak up, Yosuke Hirata turns to the girl at the back. Kiyone Ayanokoji.
"Next up... How about you?" Hirata asks, glancing at Kiyone, prompting the rest of the class to turn their attention to her direction and presence.
"Uh... Who, me?" Kiyone replies, getting up from her seat at the back of the class.
"So Um... I'm Kiyone Ayanokoji. Uh... I can't wait to study with you. Ah, um... I'm not really good at anything in particular. Uh... I'll do my best to get along with you all." Kiyone says, maintaining a straight face and a somewhat shy tone. After a moment of silence, the class starts clapping at her introduction, seeing her as a simple, introverted and a slightly cute girl.
