Background: While working a part-time job as a maid, Kirumi could carry out any job and created a reputation for doing perfect work. She is popular among freshmen and was even selected as a bodyguard for visiting heads of state. This was later revealed to be a mere rumor, as Kirumi explained that she was employed only as a maid. She also said she turned down the job of running a country. Having achieved much, perfectly completing every task assigned to her, and eventually gaining clients in both politics and finance, the government decided to request Kirumi's assistance.

She served as Japan's shadow Prime Minister, helping rebuild the country and improve citizens' quality of life. Her strong motivation to support all citizens enabled her to fulfill the government's request to the point that Kirumi became the de facto Prime Minister herself. Nobody knew the Prime Minister's secretary was secretly running the country behind the scenes.

One of the most significant cases she had ever experienced was when she served an owner of a conglomerate whose daughter was kidnapped by criminals. Using his daughter, the criminal organization asked for a ransom equaling the state budget. Wishing to avoid giving money to the criminals, Kirumi set foot in their main base herself and neutralized the enemy forces one by one, demonstrating her expertise in firearms and combat. Eventually, Kirumi persuaded the criminal to start a business; he later accepted her proposal, and together with the Ultimate Maid, he now maintains a butler industry.

Personality: Kirumi is a refined, mature young lady, described as "a professional who does a perfect job". She has a keen mind and is talented in various ways. She is reportedly able to perform any job and is independent, doing things on her own. She is polite and formal, quite serious, and eager to use all her power to cooperate with her classmates. She is intelligent, observant, and level-headed. Her intelligence shows when she speculates. Her speculations are grounded in facts and thus hard to refute. As a maid, Kirumi's creed is "selfless devotion". Therefore, she has a powerful sense of duty and a will to work for the sake of others.

She volunteers to do housework, such as cleaning and preparing meals for the students, even making sure there's both Japanese and Western cuisine. Because of this, the other students seem to have strong trust in her, and she often waits outside the dormitory in case anyone has a request for her. She is also very considerate, frequently asking others if they are all right and offering advice. Her concern and kindness are often described as "motherlike." However, as a high school student, Kirumi rejects such comparisons and dislikes being called a mother in this context.
