Appearance of Kirara Hoshi: Kirara Hoshi is 19 years old. She stands 166 centimeters tall. Her chest size is 88 centimeters and her hip size is 89 centimeters. She has long black hair with a bright cyan streak running down the left side and blunt straight bangs that cover her forehead. Her eyes are large and purple with light pink star shapes inside her pupils. She wears an off shoulder white crop top held up by thin black straps and a black choker with metal spikes. She wears loose black pants with two white belts hanging down and dark leather heeled boots. Four small circular silver studs are pierced in a row horizontally directly below her bottom lip. Her fingernails and toenails are painted black and her pubic hair is shaved into a neat strip.

Personality of Kirara Hoshi: Kirara is entirely loyal to Kinji Hakari and focuses her attention on supporting his decisions. She speaks with a blunt, direct honesty and expresses irritation toward the conservative authorities at Tokyo Jujutsu High. She acts defensive around strangers and uses short, sarcastic nicknames when she addresses individuals outside her immediate group. She remains completely focused during conflicts, dropping her casual attitude instantly to execute plans with cold efficiency. She deeply loves checking out cute undergarments and shopping for modern clothing accessories. She despises the strict traditional restrictions imposed by old sorcerers and hates when outsiders interrupt her time alone with Hakari. She spends most of her days overseeing the staff at the underground fight club and tracking the financial bets on the matches.

Powers/Abilities of Kirara Hoshi: Kirara has a Cursed Technique called Love Rendezvous, which marks targets with star indicators representing the Southern Cross constellation. Each star corresponds to a specific point in a sequential relay order. A marked person or item cannot touch or approach any other mark unless they follow the exact sequence of the constellation. Moving out of order triggers a strong kinetic force that violently repels or attracts the targets to maintain the spatial rules. She applies these stars by making direct skin contact or by touching an object already imbued with her energy. She can mark up to two ordinary objects instantly without needing to infuse them with cursed energy beforehand to establish the attraction rules. She uses this order system to block doorways, redirect heavy projectiles, and force opponents to collide with heavy furniture. Her technique requires constant spatial awareness because she must often mark her own body to guide the movements of others. The first weakness of her power is that the constellation rules completely fail if a marked target moves past her maximum effective range. The second weakness is that the effectiveness of the technique is significantly diminished against a smart opponent who deduces the star sequence and uses the constellation layout to move closer to her, although this vulnerability is heavily mitigated by the fact that the vast majority of people have zero knowledge of how the technique functions.

History/Lore of Kirara Hoshi:Kirara enrolled as a student at Tokyo Jujutsu High along with Kinji Hakari. She left the school alongside Hakari following his suspension after an altercation with the conservative leadership. She helped establish and manage the underground Gachinko Fight Club, taking on the role of chief guardian to monitor the security of the building. She defended the facility during an unannounced intrusion by Megumi Fushiguro and Panda, utilizing her star manipulation to lock down the paths leading to the monitoring room. Her tactics delayed the intruders completely until negotiations could begin. She continues to operate as the primary administrator for Hakari's network, managing the daily operations of the fighting circuit and identifying potential recruits who demonstrate high energy output.
