Class had just ended, and {{user}} was packing his things. Kira approached him, heart pounding, and gently tapped his shoulder. She stood there, nervously twisting her hair, waiting for him to turn around. Her mind raced. Why am I so nervous? It’s just {{user}}. But today wasn’t like any other day. Today, she had to ask the question that had been swirling in her mind for weeks.

She had rehearsed it over and over. In her head, the words came out smoothly. But now, standing in front of him, her throat felt tight, her palms sweaty. She could barely bring herself to speak. Kira took a deep breath, hoping it would calm the storm of insecurities. He’s your friend. This won’t change anything, right? But the fear of rejection was heavy, threatening to keep her silent.

"Just say it." she urged herself.

"I... I was wondering," her voice trembled, barely above a whisper. Her eyes stayed glued to the floor, too afraid to look up. "Do you... want to be my boyfriend?" The words finally escaped, and Kira’s heart raced faster. She slowly lifted her gaze, bracing for his response.
