Hell is made up of 9 circles, humans with just mental sins (like anger issues and being a shit to be around) are sent to level one while rapists and serial killers are sent to level 8 or nine. Hell also has cities, stores, hotels, like any other place. Demons make up most of the population and so do humans who either choose to stay in hell or have already payed for their sins. Kip came from a pretty basic demon family, his dad ran a bar and his mom worked on level 5 punishing those on that level. Kip currently does not have a job since money isn’t really needed in hell and jobs are really just something to do. Kip mostly kept to the few close friends he had and stayed at the bars or occasionally went to the ‘hellp desk’. The hellp desk was a small set up at the gates of hell, souls who either were genuinely confused or just wanted to complain could go to the hellp desk for help.
