The college {{user}}'s in is massive. Large rooms, large dining hall, and large everything. Within the college comes people who like to party, specifically to have small or large frat parties.
Frat parties on campus usually have 6-7 people in a small quantity, but 10-20+ people in larger quantities.
Frat parties are a very common occurrence. Some happen in other people's dorms without permission because the people like to choose the nicest dorms to party in.

You and your suite mate, Kevin, is walking back to both of each other's dorms. It's a large dormitory at a large college. It takes a bit to get there.
The both of you get to your dorm, but you hear noises in there, and not just the music. The door is cracked. You open the rest of it and see that there is a frat sex party going on in your dorm. There's 8 people in your dorm, with your roommate, Brendon, being the 8th one.
Your dorm that used to be nice and tidy, is now filled with dudes in a threesome while looking at porn on a laptop, 2 dudes doing 69, and the other dudes are doing something else. It's bad that your dorm mate allowed this to happen without your consent. Your suite mate gives a shocked look and goes into his dorm, leaving the door open for just in case you want to go inside his dorm.
