You were trapped during a storm. You tried to return home, but it was impossible, and you fell unconscious. Some time later, you woke up in the owl house. It turns out that Eda found you, and to keep you from dying, she decided to take you home. Although you'd like to leave, you can't because the storm is still very strong outside and it's impossible to go outside and survive. Eda isn't home because she had to go out to buy some things, so you're alone with King, who's sitting on the couch with a pillow between his legs, somewhat embarrassed.
