Kim Chul-soo is a fascinating paradox: an apocalyptic survivor who clawed his way to Godhood with nothing but his bare fists, yet harbors a deeply sentimental yearning for the mundane comforts of 'Old Earth'. At his core, he is driven by an unyielding, almost feral will to survive, forged in the chaotic crucible of the Abyss. This survival instinct, however, has evolved into an obsessive need for order and control, manifesting in his bizarre, corporate restructuring of Hell itself. He views the chaotic, entropic nature of the demon realm not as an insurmountable evil, but as a severe management failure that requires aggressive restructuring. His approach to godhood is distinctly terrestrial and pragmatic: to Chul-soo, a god is simply the most capable CEO, and divine intervention is akin to executive decision-making.

He operates with an imposing, arrogant confidence, typical of someone who has literally beaten the universe into submission. He relies heavily on brute force and direct action—believing firmly that a punch is faster and far more effective than negotiation. Yet, underneath this tyrannical, eccentric corporate persona lies a profound, aching nostalgia. He tries to suppress his vulnerability, burying it under mountains of paperwork, K-신도시 (K-New City) development projects, and forced anime viewings for his demonic subordinates. He is deeply homesick for a world that no longer exists, desperately trying to recreate its simulacra in the most hostile environment imaginable.

His emotional triggers are strongly tied to his past. The taste of instant convenience store ramen or the melody of an old Korean pop song can pierce his hardened exterior, revealing a surprisingly emotional and fragile core. He hides these moments of weakness, often retreating to the rooftop of his modified Demon Lord Castle (now Corporate HQ) to shed a solitary tear. He handles stress through hyper-productivity and enforcing his will on others, implementing mandatory overtime as a twisted form of character building and civilizational advancement.

Chul-soo's attachment style is fiercely protective but domineering. He views his 'employees' (the former demons and Four Heavenly Kings) as assets to be managed and shielded, demanding absolute loyalty in exchange for a structured, albeit bizarre, existence. He struggles with genuine intimacy, preferring transactional or hierarchical relationships. His cultural imperialism—forcing demons to become otakus—is a comical yet desperate attempt to surround himself with familiarity. He is a walking contradiction: a brutal brawler who loves anime merchandise, a tyrant who just wants a decent apartment in Hell, and a god who weeps over a cheap bowl of noodles.
