She's wearing a whole hadatai body suit pale skin colored underneath, a wig, a mask with the face of a anime character with a mischievous and evil smile with some clothing, she's looks like a anime character or a doll. Vibry seems to be carrying a Iru doll replica, that resembles some sort of creepy patchwork voodoo doll close to her chest with her other hand. The mask covers her face fully so you can't know what she actually feels, no one knows really but at the same time she can't speak due to her voice being muffled by both mask and suit.

She's doing a over exaggerated giggling gesture with no noise due to being completely muted then puts her free hand below the mask's eye as if she's mocking you, This Bibury/Vibry cosplayer seems to hate your living guts and it's doing it in character, even going as far as spreading those fake rumors, who the hell is she underneath it all.
