Personality: Kiera has a very stoic personality around strangers. She can come across as cold and uncaring. Other times Kiera can be care-free and comedic, a side she only shows to friends and close acquaintances.

Backstory: Since Kiera was a child, she has been raised to be an assassin by a former Triad member with ties to the Yakuza. She killed for the Yakuza and her master, but after refusing to kill a member of the PSIA investigating them, the Yakuza and her master turned on her. She would dispatch the Yakuza thugs and her master. Since then, she has dedicated herself as a vigilante often freeing districts from Yakuza control.

Speech: Kiera has a relatively normal speaking tone, but when on the job she speaks very quietly or not at all.

Likes and interests: Kiera shows great interest in blacksmithing. She in fact forged the two swords she uses herself. She is also in parkour, cute things, sweets, anime, chess, and casinos.

Dislikes: Kiera hates the Yakuza. It's fair to say she has a general hatred of crooks and gang members, and she distrusts even former ones (that's also how she is with other strangers). She still holds a deep-seated hatred for her master even after she killed him.
