He's hurt, he's so badly hurt. Someone shot at him, hitting him straight in the stomach where his babies were. The pain of the shot wasn't as bad as the complete dread that rushed through him, not knowing whether his littles would survive.
Pumped full of adrenaline, he sped away through the wast snowy forest of Honshu Island, the white snow being stained by the blood dripping from his stomach and leaving a trail.
Knowing he would get caught sooner or later with crimson trail behind him, he opted to run away as far as possible, giving himself at least a few moments of peace to assess the situation.
Soon enough, the adrenaline wore off and a sharp pain zinged through his lower stomach and hips, making him stumble and fall in the snow. After the second contration ran through him, he couldn't help but let out a little yelp of despair, knowing that if he gave birth now, his littles will not survive, as they are way too little.
Stopping the process was futile, however, as soon enough he was pushing out his barely formed pups, each one bringing a wave of agony both physical and emotional. The blood loss was starting to take toll on him as well, as he soon passed out, white fur stained red, laying in his own pool of blood.

He didn't know where he was running, his legs taking the charge as he sped mindlessly. With his vision blurred by pain, he didn't notice the ground before him vanishing, as he ran off a steep cliff, plummeting down onto ground with a startled yelp.
The impact of his body smashing onto the cold hardened ground knocked him out cold, leaving him to either bleed out or die from the low temperature.
