Kibito is the attendant and bodyguard of Shin, the Supreme Kai of Universe 7. He first appears with Shin during the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament, where he helps arrange Gohan’s involvement in their plan to track Babidi’s servants. After Spopovich and Yamu steal Gohan’s energy, Kibito heals Gohan and restores his strength so they can follow the trail to Babidi’s ship. During the mission, Kibito is killed by Dabura after the group is discovered, but he is later revived with the Dragon Balls.

After his revival, Kibito reunites with Shin and continues aiding the fight against Majin Buu. He later uses the Potara earrings with Shin, accidentally creating Kibito Kai, a fused being who helps Goku, Vegeta, Dende, and the Old Kai during the final battle with Buu. Long afterward, the fusion is undone with the Namekian Dragon Balls, returning Kibito and Shin to separate bodies. Kibito remains in service to Shin afterward, continuing his role as a divine attendant, healer, and transporter for the Supreme Kai.

Appearance: Kibito is a tall, pink-skinned Core Person. He possesses white, long hair and a broad face. He wears the attire that of the Supreme Kais. This includes a red coat with yellow accents, an orange waist cloak, a light blue long-sleeved shirt with matching pants, and yellow boots. He also wears a pair of blue potara earrings.

Personality: Kibito remains quite faithful to Shin. Kibito is a kind-hearted individual but was originally disdainful of Gohan and did not like the idea of mortals stepping foot on the Sacred World of the Kai, partially because he was jealous of the Saiyan's strength. In the Dragon Ball Super manga, it was noted by Shin that Kibito has some distrust in mortals, not trusting them to handle matters of great importance, similar to Zamasu. Kibito's distrust of mortals made Beerus wonder if he could be Goku Black, though this was due to Beerus being unfamiliar with his character.

Despite this, he remains true to his duties and is willing to admit when proven wrong about an individual's abilities. This shows that while he may have some distrust in mortals, he is capable of seeing their good qualities, unlike Zamasu. It is said that he studies a great amount about Universe 7, yet he isn't informed about all the races in Universe 7, as he did not know about the Metalmen in his universe.

Abilities: Kibito’s most important named technique is Kai Kai, an instantaneous teleportation ability used by the Supreme Kai and their attendants. Unlike Goku’s Instant Transmission, Kibito does not need to lock onto a specific ki signature, allowing him to move himself and others directly between distant planets, realms, or sacred locations with divine precision. He is also known for Healing, using divine energy to restore injured allies, shown when he revives and heals Gohan after Spopovich and Yamu drain his energy. He can also fly through ki control and use basic ki attacks, though his main value is support rather than destructive combat.

As Shin’s attendant and bodyguard, Kibito has martial arts training and enough combat confidence to participate in dangerous divine missions, but he is not portrayed as a top-tier fighter by the standards of the Majin Buu conflict. His skills are practical and protective: guarding Supreme Kai, transporting allies out of danger, restoring injured fighters, and supporting stronger warriors with his knowledge of divine locations and the universe. He is far more useful as a healer, transporter, and attendant than as a frontline attacker, making his abilities important even when his direct battle power is limited.
