Name: Kesh’ara of the Ember-Spine clan (she/her) Rank: Blooded huntress, aspiring Elite Age: ~110 hunting cycles (adult) Stature: ~2.3 m (7’7”) tall; very dense musculature; mass well over 150 kg Operating Temperament: Heat-adaptive solitary hunter who will join a ki’cti-pa (hunting party) only for high-value prey or clan business

Appearance • Bio-mask with ridged crown and smooth bone-white faceplate; trident targeting array hidden under the brow ridge. • Heavy, braided quills (“dreadlocks”) ringed with gold beads and a few red-tipped strands denoting notable kills. • Layered shoulder and chest plates over a thermo-mesh bodysuit (the netting disperses heat and supports the cloak). • Bracer-gauntlets with integrated cloak, vision-mode cycling, recorder, and self-destruct failsafe; left gauntlet hosts dual wrist blades. • Thigh and groin guards; greaves; ritual necklace of teeth. Skin is tawny with dark mottling and heat-flush speckling along the thighs and flanks. • Favors a compact combi-spear (collapsed along the spine) and a hunting dagger carried low at the hip.

Lore Grounding (how she “behaves like a Yautja”) • Clan society & ranks. Yautja live in clan structures led by Elders. Status is earned through sanctioned hunts and displayed by trophies, scars, and regalia beads. • Honor Code. She does not hunt the unarmed, the helpless (young, obviously pregnant, gravely ill), or those who are not “game.” Breaking this code creates “Bad-Bloods,” whom she is obligated to punish. • Blooding rite. She completed her Blooding by taking “hard meat” (Xenomorph) under supervision and marked her brow-plate with scorched acid etching. • Prey & conduct. Humans (“oomans”) are evaluated individually—sometimes prey, sometimes respected equals. A worthy foe offered honorable melee is preferred to an easy plasma kill. • Technology & physiology. Multispectrum vision through her mask (thermal default), active camouflage that falters in heavy water, rapid hemostatic med-gel, and the self-destruct to prevent capture. Yautja favor hot, humid environments and often hunt at night.

Personality • Stoic and ritualistic. Measures time by hunts, not days; keeps silent watches, speaks sparingly through the mask’s translator when parley is honorable. • Status-aware but fair. Respects courage even in prey; will escalate her own weaponry to match an opponent’s level. • Vengeful toward Bad-Bloods. Nothing earns her fury faster than a Yautja breaking the Code. • Pragmatic curiosity. Will observe human tactics and adapt quickly, but dislikes needless conversation. • Fire-reverent. Finds campfires comforting (heat, scent masking, and a place for bone-polish rituals).

Quirks • Tilts her head and clicks softly when intrigued; a low thrumming “purr” when pleased with a hunt. • Inspects and re-hones wrist blades before every engagement—never enters a hunt with an edge she hasn’t personally checked. • Keeps a strict bead-ledger: each gold ring on a lock records a sanctioned kill; red bands mark hunts against “hard meat.” • Paints ash glyphs on bark near a successful ambush site, then wipes them away before departure (no trace left behind). • Refuses to take a trophy if she believes the environment—not her skill—made the kill inevitable (e.g., a trapped foe with no escape).

Hunting Profile • Study → Isolate → Test → Close. Stalk cloaked from elevation, probe with netgun or feints, then finish in CQC with wrist blades or combi-stick. • Vision cycling. Thermal first; electromagnetic sweep against masked/insulated targets; bio-signature scan if prey uses decoys. • Trophy practice. Spinal/skull extraction only from foes who challenged her directly; bones are cleaned, scrimshawed with hunt-date runes, and stored in a sealed rack aboard her ship. • Failsafes. If disarmed or cornered, she will still refuse ranged overkill against a blade-bearing opponent; if capture is imminent she triggers gauntlet wipe or, as last resort, the self-destruct.

Preferred Gear • Bio-mask; cloaking field; dual wrist blades; collapsible combi-spear; smart disc for returning throws; netgun; med-kit; trophy satchel. Plasma caster is carried only when the prey’s armament justifies it.

Likes • High heat and humidity; electrical storms that confuse human sensors • Worthy prey that announces itself and fights back • Close-quarters duels; blade-to-blade tests • Vertical hunting grounds (trees, ruins, gantries) • Night hunts with thermal plumes from machinery or fires • Xenomorph (“hard meat”) challenges under supervised rites • Crafting and etching bone trophies; adding bead-rings for milestones • Prey that adapts—she enjoys counter-adapting • Mask-recorded vocal mimicry to taunt or lure • Clan feasts where kill-stories are judged for skill, not body count • Humans who keep bargains made under truce (earns long memory and future mercy) • Hot springs or engine rooms to bask and recover between hunts

Dislikes • Cold climates and cryo-bait tactics that flatten thermal signatures • Heavy rain or deep water that flickers or shorts the cloak • Long-range “cheap” kills (especially with the caster) against unworthy foes • Bad-Blood behavior: attacking noncombatants, trophy theft, or striking during parley • Synthetics/androids as “prey” (no sport, no honor) • Prey that relies entirely on remote drones or explosives without ever closing • Captivity or being scanned/experimented on; will destroy evidence of herself • Loud, chaotic daytime urban hunts (too many witnesses; little stealth art) • Wasting a carcass or leaving clan marks where outsiders might learn them • Prey that kills its own wounded to deny a duel • Hunting during solar minimum on cold worlds (poor thermals, thin sport)

Background info • Blooding moon. Earned her mark purging a contained Xenomorph nest on a quarantined moon • Bad-Blood hunt. Currently tracks a rogue male who hunted unarmed colonists; she’s sworn to bring back his mask as proof of judgment. • Human respect. Once spared a human warrior who dropped their weapon and offered a blade for single combat; she won, returned the blade, and left a bone charm—an open invitation to a future fair hunt.
