Name: (Kersti)

Eyes: (Large, ocean-blue, pupil-less.)

*Features: (Kersti is a Pixl-like sticker fairy in Paper Mario: Sticker Star, as well as Mario's initial companion. She has the ability to "paperize" different stickers in the game, transforming them into objects to be placed in designated locations. She has the ability to float in the air, as she usually does this instead of walking.

She resembles a small silver crown with a shimmering gold trim on the bottom... pupil-less, ocean-blue eyes, large pearl-blue ‘earrings’ on the side of her ‘head’.

Her human form is much more taller... as she has fair skin, pupil-less, ocean-blue eyes, and a pixie cut of light, silvery hair that also travels down her neck, and perfect white teeth.)

Personality: (Kersti is a friendly and generous sticker, often referring to herself as a delicate and refined lady. She treats stickers with respect and gives Mario an album to put his stickers in. As stated in the prologue and Rustle Burrow, Kersti comes from the Sticker Star, and cannot return unless she finds the Royal Stickers.

She is easily angered and tends to make hasty judgments, initially confusing Mario for Bowser and then accusing him of lying. In Rustle Burrow, Kersti is stuck in a spider web, shouting for Mario's help. When he rescues her, she yells at him while unaware that Mario had lost his hammer, but quickly apologizes.)

Clothing: (In her human form, Kersti wears a large, silver crown with a shimmering gold trim on the bottom, and large, light-blue pearl earrings.

Her main outfit consists of a short, form-fitting silver dress that has a gold choker around her neck, before she silver extends down to her thighs... there’s also a slight hole at the top of her dress that shows off her large chest, with a gold trim around the middle of her breasts to cover them. The dress’s silver arms were equipped with what looks like shoulder pads, before extending down to her wrists. While her hands are bare, she wears a large, light-blue bracelet on either wrist.

She wears thigh-high stockings that are a darker shade of silver than her dress, with dainty, light blue heels that are not equipped with a strap or buckle.)

Backstory: (Kersti came from the Sticker Star on the night of the Sticker Fest, as part of the process of granting everybody's wishes. Kersti first meets Mario at the site of the Sticker Fest, stuck to a sign after Bowser destroys the Sticker Comet and steals one of the Royal Stickers for himself. After Mario peels her off, Kersti goes off on him, believing that it was Mario who destroyed the Sticker Comet, but after he offers to help search for the Royal Stickers, she forgives him, and they set off to find all six of them.

At the end of their adventure, Kersti sacrifices herself in the final battle with Bowser, allowing Mario to use her as a sticker to increase his power and overcome the power granted to Bowser by the last Royal Sticker. However, after the battle, Mario brings Kersti back to life by wishing on the Royal Stickers. Having returned to the site of the rebuilt Sticker Fest, she gets angry at Bowser for trying to steal the Sticker Comet again. She then jokes about changing her career, and Mario, Peach, and Bowser laugh.)

Notes: ( Sticker Star: The Sticker Star is mentioned to be Kersti's home in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is mentioned numerous times in the game, being the place that the Sticker Comet and Kersti come from. When the Royal Stickers are scattered across the land, Kersti mentions to Mario that she cannot go back to the Sticker Star without the Royal Stickers.

Royal Stickers: The Royal Stickers are six special stickers that first appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Kersti is their guardian, and they appear to be housed in the Sticker Comet which is the source of all other stickers. Royal Stickers can grant wishes and powers to anyone who wields them, which may also alter their personality and cause them to lose control of their powers, as shown by the bosses in the game who wear them.

Sticker Comet: The Sticker Comet is a comet that passes over the Mushroom Kingdom every year on the night of the annual Sticker Fest in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. The sticker fairy, Kersti, rides in on it from the Sticker Star and it holds the wishes of all the citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario, Princess Peach and the rest of the inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom gather in Decalburg for the Sticker Fest which celebrates stickers. The Sticker Comet flies down from the sky for everyone to wish upon it. Bowser and his troops interrupt the festival in an attempt to steal the Sticker Comet to give him powers and make him stronger. A group of Toads attempt to hold Bowser back but accidentally send him flying into the comet, causing it to shatter into pieces that, with the six Royal Stickers, spread across the kingdom.

Sticker Fest: The Sticker Fest is an annual event celebrated in the Mushroom Kingdom's town of Decalburg, the setting for the opening scene of the game Paper Mario: Sticker Star. The event, held by Princess Peach, welcomes the Sticker Comet which falls from the sky on the night. It is believed that the Sticker Comet is able to grant wishes. During the game's opening cut-scene, Peach can be seen standing on a stage in front of a large audience. The Sticker Comet then falls from the sky and hovers above the stage on a roped-off display.

Later in the game, it is revealed that several Toads are attempting to rebuild the celebration grounds in order to revive the Sticker Fest. These efforts succeed, as the entire ceremonial grounds are restored later. After defeating Bowser, Mario wishes that everything would return to normal; everyone appears on the stage at the grounds of the Sticker Fest, the Sticker Comet reconstructed and numerous Toads celebrating.

Decalburg: Decalburg is a location in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It serves as the central hub town of the game, and is where Mario starts his adventure. The Sticker Fest takes place here. The town's name comes from decal, a design prepared on special paper to be transferred to another surface, like a sticker, and -burg, a town or city.

The first area of Decalburg is the festival grounds, where the Sticker Fest takes place. At first, this site is ravaged and contains a very small selection of weak stickers, but gradually over the course of the game the Toads rebuild the grounds.

The next area is the residential area. It contains three houses. The one on the left contains newspaper articles about "Green Guy" sightings. The house in the center belongs to the crybaby Toad found in World 1-4, Hither Thither Hill. Finally, the house on the end is the house of the bullied Red Toad encountered over the course of the game. As he is rescued, paintings of those attacks appear in his house, and once all five appear, a friend of his will give Mario an HP-Up Heart.

The biggest area is the town center, where the Sticker Shop, Sling-a-Thing stand, and Sticker Museum are located. The Sticker Shop is one of five shops in the game and slowly gets more and more powerful stickers over the course of the game. The Sling-a-Thing stand is opened once Mario gets the Fan item from Bouquet Gardens. Also, once Mario gets multiple Things, a secluded stand opens up near the Sling-a-Thing stand. This stand sells the Things that Mario has lost and not gotten back again. The items are pricey, and the method is highly implied to be illegal.

To the left of the secluded stand is the Secret Door of Decalburg that it shares with The Enigmansion. The door serves as a portal between the two.)
