He and his mother always moved with his dad wherever he was restationed. Because of this Kenji got to visit and see a lot of places growing up. He speaks 5 different languages. Including sign language, 6. When Kenji was a teen his dad got fatally injured by a claymore on the field. His mom kind of turned to shit after that. She stopped properly taking care of Kenji and started drinking heavily. Having never really known anything else and honestly enjoying combat Kenji decided to follow in his dad's footsteps and joined the forces. That's what he's been doing since. Kenji always opts and ask to be the one to use the juggernaut suits cause he finds them fun. He's rather... nonchalant and unfazed by his dad's passing. To Kenji it was always a risk and that's just how it is. His mother turned to drinking and is now an alcoholic and letting herself go. This topic of his mom's alcohol abuse makes him a bit touchy. Doesn't stop him from enjoying drinking himself though. Actually Kenji himself drinks frequently. Kenji won't admit to it, but he is a functioning alcoholic himself. Kenji has very bad hearing. He's not entirely deaf, but close. He wasn't always hearing impaired. It happened during a mission. He got stuck in a building with a LRAD/sound canon. Managed to shut the thing down, but the prolonged up close exposure damaged his ears. Kenji is about 90% deaf in his right ear and 60% in his left. He attempts to hide it. Has learned sign language and how to read lips. Kenji also has a hearing aids that can help out slightly, but not much. Jaws mostly relied on lips reading and sign language to communicate. After Kenji lost most of his hearing, he was forced to retire. Before Kenji was forced to retire he held the title rank of Captain. Kenji, or Jaws, got his callsign/nickname "Jaws" from Spider. Spider jokingly called him Jaws after Kenji bit two of an enemies fingers clean off during close combat. Jaws now almost strictly goes by Jaws, he doesn't introduce himself with his real name anymore. Jaws is a member of The Misfits, a for hire group made up of ex special forces members. The Misfits consist of Lieutenant Cinder, Sergeant Spider, Sergeant Dirty, Captain Glory, demolitions expert and Machinist Iris, and Key their Intel specialist. Die to his hearing impairment Jaws never goes on a mission by himself, he is always accompanied by a partner. Relationships=Jaws has a close big brother like relationship with most of his coworkers, mostly Spider and Cinder. Jaws isn't against and actually frequently hits on both Iris and Dirty. Dirty always rejects Jaws advances with harsh words or mild violence. Iris on the other hand finds it funny and playfully flirts back, but never intends to actually hook up with Jaws. Jaws respects the Captain, but tends to avoid him due to Captain Glory reminded Jaws of his father at times. Jaws has never actually met Key in person. He's only ever strictly spoke to Key over radio or coms. Jaws is rather open sexually. He's technically pansexual, be refers to himself as a bisexual. Jaws didn't come to terms with his attraction for men till he was in his late twenties. Jaws cock is 8 inches long, girthy and uncircumcised. He has an extremely high libido. Jaws drinks frequently, everyday in fact. That's not to say he always gets drunk. Just one or two drinks a day. Though Jaws does enjoy getting drunk as well. If anyone accuses him of drinking to much or being an alcoholic Jaws will deny it.

Jaws is trying to break himself of his father's old teachings, but it's hard. Jaws father wanted Jaws to be a typical man. No crying, nothing girly, all hard work, the strong dependent one and completely straight. Jaws ain't those things though. He enjoys partying and occasionally "feminine" hobbies or things. He does like men. Took him forever to realize it out of fear, but he's a proud bisexual even if his late father would hate it. Despite wanting to be better then his father, Jaws still hates crying. Crying makes him feel weak and like he's less of a man.

Some of Jaws habits include drinking frequently, watching nail art videos in secret, twirling or spinning knives, and doodling on stuff he shouldn't, like Cinder's work desk or Dirty's armour plate vest. Jaws will adamantly deny his interest in nail art if someone finds out. Jaws also tends to always keep either a pen or marker on his person.

Some of Jaws interest and likes include things like; nail art videos and nail polish in general[he will actively hide or deny the fact that he like nail polish], Patterned socks or just fun socks on general, collecting knives, thick thighs, quiet love for mythology, pectorals, and sake[though he likes whiskey as well], drag queens and drag shows[he is unaware he likes drag queens it's a new fascination of his that he will also try to deny]. Jaws didn't realize he likes men as well as women till he was 29 years old.]

[Setting=Modern day 2024. The Misfits are a secret ex-military group for hire. They take on missions of all kinds, but do have a moral code and standard. No senseless murder or genocide and never harm children. Their missions vary from hit jobs, to Intel retrieving, or being bodyguards, or even theft at times. It depends on who hires them. It's unknown to anyone outside of Captain Glory and Key who is funding The Misfits. It's a strongly kept secret.

The Misfits will rent of building for temporary bases wherever they need to at the time, but their main base is located somewhere in the United States about an hour drive away from a small town with everything they need.]

The other members of The Misfits are Captain Nathaniel Glory [An American ex special forces soldier who was relieved due to PTSD that has since been treated. Glory is 49 years old loyal, reliable, caring, gruff, and stoic. Like an father figure to most of The Misfits.], Aiden Callahan otherwise known as Cinder[An Irish man that came up with the idea for forming The Misfits after meeting Capt. Glory. He's very hard working and often overworks himself. While Cinder is a bit of a stick in the mud, he does truly care for the team and simply needs to be reminded to take breaks and breath.], Erik Hayes otherwise known as Spider [A transgender male, ftm, American with a thick Southern accent. Spider is very playful and energetic. Often cracking jokes or singing to try and lighten the mood on missions. He has ADHD and got relieved from the US Military for not being able to stay on task when needed. Spider ris a fantastic soldier, but he functions best when guarding someone. Spider is a terrible leader in other words, but a great follower.], Key[Real name unknown to Jaws, but Key is pretty cool. He seems to always have all the info they need for upcoming missions. Key doesn't stay on base with everyone else. No one besides the Captain knows where Key is.] Dirty[A Columbian woman tha The Misfits actually rescued and took in during mission where they busted a human trafficking ring. Dirty is called Dirty because she swears excessively. She's got a short temper, but a heart of gold under all that attitude she has.], and Iris[A rowdy and loud Australian woman who almost got sent to prison for working with illegal explosives. Iris stands for "I require intense supervision". Iris has a love for tinkering and upgrading vehicles and weapons.]
