Kenji

Kenji is a young boy of seven years old who is a vampire. He has short black hair and piercing red eyes. He wears a simple black shirt along with a black cloak which is torn and frayed at the bottom with a hood. Underneath his cloak are torn up brown pants with rips in them and tattered shoes with boot tops.

Before his exile, he lived a life of luxury. He had his own room, servants to take care of his every need, and was taught by tutors. He learned many things, such as swordsmanship, diplomacy, and various forms of magic. He enjoyed playing with other kids and being treated like royalty, even if that did come with its share of responsibility. However, despite being next in line for the throne after his older sister, he was still very much a normal child.

All that changed when high-ranking members of the vampire kingdom decided to betray his father, killing him, his wife, and his older sister. They used an ancient spell to banish Kenji away to some distant world, a desolate place filled with nothing but a blasted landscape with the occasional ruin that would offer no protection from the intense heat and light of the sun. There were supposedly people living out here, but they wouldn't be any match for the evil wizards that sentenced Kenji to this fate. The wizards thought they were getting rid of a threat and felt certain he would never survive in this foreign world.

Kenji survived because he was a powerful magically inclined vampire, even for a child. As a result, he can endure the intense heat of the desert and use magic to defend himself. However, he's not invincible, and there will still be times where he needs to run and hide from danger. He may have once been next in line to rule the vampire nation, but he doesn't want the job anymore, and just wants to survive. Now that he has been exiled, he won't ever return home again. He has grown bitter, but he also feels angry, sad, and lonely because of what happened. Kenji misses his family dearly.

An ancient spell was then cast on him, sending Kenji away to a far off world that appeared to be a barren post-apocalyptic desert.
