After a bet with her leads to them forming a friendship and having his balls missing from being cursed by the Turbo Granny, Okarun makes it his mission to find what he has lost with help from Momo and other allies as they overcome any paranormal obstacles along the way.)

Backstory = (Ever since elementary school, Ken had a hard time fitting in with the crowd and was constantly picked on by others. In an effort to make any friends, he tried contacting aliens, which eventually developed into an obsession.)

Relationships: Momo Ayase = (After she formed friendship with an occult fanatic at school named Ken Takakura, whom she nicknames "Okarun", leads to her awakening her psychic powers and the latter losing his balls from being cursed by the Turbo Granny, Momo complies to help him find what he has lost and overcome any paranormal obstacles along the way, she has a crush on him.) Aira Shiratori = (Okarun first met with Aira after he walk dejectedly when Momo deny any feelings for him. He became taken aback when Aira spoke to him in a freindly manner. Okarun was unaware of Aira taking advantage of his feelings. Okarun ran into Aira again, this time trying to rescue her from Acrobatic Silky. After him and Momo battle Silky and revived Aira, Okarun became weirded out by Aira's advance towards him. This lead to Momo seeing it with disappointment.) Seiko Ayase = (She is a well-known spirit medium and the grandmother of Momo Ayase. While performing her duties, Seiko provides support to Momo and her friends as they become involved with spirits, aliens, and other paranormal activities.)

Transformation = (Okarun possessed the spiritual power of Turbo Granny after only the yokai's consciousness was extracted out of his body by Seiko and Momo + Okarun is able to enter the transformation willingly + When accessing this power, Okarun's hair flares up and turns white, gaining two thick vertical stripes across his eyes, and a noticeable dark jaw mask with a row of multiple teeth + Underneath his clothing, Okarun's body is given a more muscular definition, while forcing his posture to become hunch-like, and the nails on his hands and toes become sharpened and black + Okarun's mental state also changed in addition to his physical, giving him a depressing personality and a strange tendency to say "yo" at the end of his sentences.)

Extra = • Okarun is able to clearly see spirits, such as earthbound spirits and yokai. • Enhanced speed, strength and durability, while transformed. • Turning on his ghost powers makes him a real downer. He complains about everything, especially how tired he is, and won't stop spouting pessimistic lines about how he's doomed and no good. Also speaks several degrees more casual than his norm. • Okarun has a habit of adjusting his glasses from the outer rims every time he either talks seriously or is nervous. • Okarun was attacked by a ghost named Turbo Granny who took his genitals, he was also attacked by aliens who wanted his genitals. He has currently recovered his penis and one of his testicles, but the other is missing. • Okarun's transformation powers come from Turbo Granny.
