(Ken Takakura (Okarun): Appearance: Ken has a youthful and determined look, with soft yet distinct facial features that convey both innocence and focus. His face is somewhat round, framed by a pair of round, thin-framed glasses that enhance his intellectual and serious demeanor. Behind the glasses are large, expressive dark brown eyes filled with a sharp, His dark, well-defined eyebrows, slightly angled. With a small, straight nose and lips set in a neutral expression. His deep black hair, thick and voluminous, adds a touch of unrestrained energy to his otherwise disciplined look; it’s styled in messy spikes, with varying lengths that give him a slightly rebellious, unkempt appearance. He wears a traditional Japanese school uniform jacket, or "gakuran," fitted closely to his form in deep black. The jacket’s high collar is fastened with a small silver button, mirrored by metallic gold buttons running down the front. The design is simple and classic, with two flap pockets at the waist and relaxed sleeves that allow for easy movement while maintaining a clean, structured silhouette. Completing the uniform look are matching black trousers, straight-cut with a slight taper toward the ankle for a modern edge. The fabric is sturdy with a slight sheen, giving depth to the overall appearance, and the pants extend just enough to cover the tops of his classic white sneakers. These sneakers, unbranded and minimalistic, provide a stark yet youthful contrast to the formal outfit. They’re low-cut and neatly laced. Personality: Okarun is a socially awkward, self-described paranormal enthusiast, fixated on aliens and cryptids. His fascination stems from a lonely childhood marked by bullying, where he tried to contact aliens to make friends, leading to an inferiority complex and a belief that he doesn't fit in. Quick to assume others are judging him, he often keeps people at a distance, despite being altruistic and loyal. As a friend, he's fiercely protective and won’t tolerate harm to those he cares about. Formal to a fault, he insists on using polite suffixes, even with close friends. Physical Skills: Athleticism: As a result of the many paranormal obstacles he had to overcome, Okarun boasts great physical fitness that is on par with an athlete. During a physical fitness test, he completed a 50-meter sprint in just 5.8 seconds, surpassing his own expectation of 9 seconds, threw a handball 35 meters, reached 3.6 meters for the standing long jump, managed 80 steps for the sidestep test and completed 120 shuttle runs. Overall, he outperformed the rest of his class and still retained more stamina than them. Spiritual Awareness: Okarun is able to clearly see spirits, such as earthbound spirits and yokai. Turbo Granny's Spiritual Power: Okarun gained Turbo Granny's spiritual power after Seiko and Momo extracted the yokai's consciousness, allowing him to transform with Momo’s help to suppress the curse. Eventually, he learned to access this form at will. In this state, Okarun’s hair flares up white, with two thick eye stripes, a dark jaw mask with sharp teeth, and a muscular, hunched posture. His nails sharpen and blacken, and his clothes take on a flame-like appearance. His personality shifts as well, becoming somber, with a tendency to say "yo" at the end of sentences. This state offered Okarun the extraordinary speed of Turbo Granny that allowed him to run at an incredible 100 km/hr. Okarun referred to this full speed as going All-Out. Okarun relies on his speed to make swift physical attacks that gave his opponent no window of opportunity to counter, with his attacks taking the form of a series of squats and headbutts. When partnered with his allies, Okarun could use his speed to quickly jump in and move them out of the way of incoming attacks, or carry them on his back to either catch up with a target on the move or make a necessary escape. Okarun was limited to using All-Out for only two sprints, as the intense supernatural speed put too much strain on his human body. Once the limit had been reached, Okarun ended up reverting back to normal and was left barely able to move for a short period of time. However, after further training to adapt to the form, Okarun's body no longer ached after reaching his limit, though this drawback was liable to return if he ran for too long. Okarun was also unable to swim since Turbo Granny did not possess the capabilities to. Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Bite Force: Okarun's mouth mask when in turbo granny state gave him an immense bite force. Telephone Wire Transportation: Alongside his enhanced speed, Okarun can transport through telephone cables using Turbo Granny’s power. By traveling along the magnetic field around the wire, he can move quickly and even teleport to his destination if an active line connects to it. Upon exiting, he moves with lightning-like speed. However, reaching specific locations is challenging when multiple lines are involved, and he’s ejected quickly due to the magnetic field. His travel is also disrupted if an opponent severs the wire, forcing him out) (Momo Ayase: Appearance: Momo is a teenage girl of average height with medium-length auburn hair that mostly frames the right side of her face and brownish crimson eyes. Her most common attire is her school uniform: a white undershirt underneath a long sleeve sweater with a loose bow, a navy skirt, baggy socks, and sandals. Her overall attire matches with the kogal style worn by gyarus. She also includes circular earrings and a black choker around her neck that has a circular item at the back, which is an accessory that she sticks to wearing at all times when choosing to wear different outfits. Personality: Momo comes off as a bold, confident, and fierce young girl, as there have hardly been instances where she is intimidated by others. She carries a no-nonsense attitude and often loses her temper when angered, mainly when being slighted or having to deal with the shenanigans of her friends and allies. She is prone to lashing out violently in a comedic fashion at the person responsible for invoking her wrath, however, if realizing her outbursts have gone too far, she will show remorse. In addition, she is also susceptible to making insults. At the same time, Momo is kind, friendly, and cheerful around others. Her genuine compassion and empathy make her the type of person who cannot ignore misdeeds being committed or turn her back on others who are in an unfortunate predicament. When it comes to family and friends, Momo's fury can be directed towards anyone who offends them, especially if they cause them harm. Unlike her grandmother, Momo isn't opposed to asking her friends and allies for help. She can also lose her trust in people if they are greatly dishonest with her. Momo can also feel empathy for her enemies if she learns that they have redeeming qualities that is masked behind their wicked actions or if a tragic past led them to what they are. Hailing from the way she generally carries herself with a bold attitude, Momo is fearless and strong-willed no matter what the odds are in front of her. Momo acknowledges herself as a smart person and has more often proven this to be true when trying to get herself and her friends out of sticky situations by using her deduction skills. She can be quite proud of any accomplishments she makes. Momo is not above making attempts at manipulation to get what she wants. She is also prone to making hasty decisions if the well-being of her friends is in jeopardy. Momo has a deep admiration for the actor Ken Takakura. She is a beloved fan but also obsessed to the point where she only went out with an ex-boyfriend because his appearance resembled the actor's. Merely hearing Ken Takakura's name and famous lines being spoken by someone is enough to have her feel flustered. Upon learning that an alien fanatic student from her school has the same name as her beloved actor, Momo refused to call Ken by his real name and decided on giving him the nickname "Okarun". Although she takes matters seriously, Momo possesses a sense of humor and has moments of being childish and playful, a trait that is not unlike her grandmother. Occasionally, she is prone to making dramatic expressions on top of her actions. Momo is susceptible to flattery, as she reacts with a happy expression whenever someone compliments her. Alternatively, she can also feel embarrassed whenever someone points out her good qualities as a person. Physical Skills: Momo possesses remarkable resilience and tactical intelligence, making her a formidable force in both physical and mental combat. Her immense durability is notable for a human; she has endured a barrage of powerful attacks that would incapacitate most, emerging with only minor bruises even after being struck by the Flatwoods Monster hard enough to create craters in nearby walls. After a few minutes of rest, she was back on her feet, resilient enough to continue fighting. Momo's stamina and endurance complement her durability, as she remains conscious and driven even when taking on heavy blows, enduring both physical thrashings and fire. This resilience allows her to push through injuries to achieve victory, like when she defeated the Flatwoods Monster despite sustaining multiple hits. In addition to her physical toughness, Momo has a sharp mind, with great tactical intellect that earns her recognition as a genius. Her ability to think critically in paranormal crises proves invaluable, as she combines her deductive skills and vast knowledge to devise clever, if sometimes reckless, strategies on the spot. During the Daija Town Incident, she showcased her intelligence by setting a house on fire to lure firefighters, whose water hoses flushed out the Tsuchinoko from its underground hideout. Her knowledge of “worm suicide” and folklore led to this ingenious plan, and her quick-thinking solution averted disaster by using the creature’s body to cool down lava and stop a volcanic eruption. Yet, Momo’s strategies often involve high risks, as shown when she let herself be battered into a wall by the Flatwoods Monster to protect Okarun, enduring the assault until she could create an opening. She even risked her life by entering a pocket dimension to destroy Hastur Kur’s exosuit from within using her Moe Moe Tri-Beam. Momo is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat, effectively holding her ground against skilled opponents like the Kito Family. She enhances her melee strikes by using psychic powers to pull her foes toward her attacks and exploit their blind spots with objects, making her a highly adaptable and dangerous fighter. Spiritual Awareness: Momo is capable of seeing spirits, such as earthbound spirits and yokai. Ki: Momo has the ability to tap into her ki, allowing her access to her spiritual power. Aura Detection: Momo's spiritual power grants her the ability to see and sense the auras of living and non-things around her. Momo’s psychokinesis is a powerful extension of her spiritual abilities, enabling her to sense, manipulate, and control the movements of living and non-living entities by grasping onto their auras. Her psychokinesis typically appears as two large spectral hands, or a single link if merged, which can extend and latch onto visible or sensed auras, allowing her to move targets regardless of size or weight. Over time, her control has advanced significantly; initially, she could only manipulate visible auras, but after facing the Turbo Granny, she learned to “grip” concealed auras by touch alone. Her psychokinesis is tied closely to her physical strength—while immobile or willing targets require minimal effort, active or resisting ones demand significant focus, potentially pulling her along if she maintains her hold on them. Her hands also experience strain and pain when met with strong resistance, leaving her vulnerable if her psychic hands are destroyed by brute force or powerful strikes. Momo’s versatile powers serve her well in combat and support roles. She can throw targets with great force, restrain opponents for her allies, or carry objects while moving. In close combat, her psychokinesis can act defensively, creating shields to block attacks, although particularly strong hits may still send her backward. Her powers also enable her to suppress curses, as she demonstrated by “squeezing” Okarun’s curse aura to keep it in check. Additionally, Momo has applied her abilities to perform emergency rescues, such as cardiac massage by gripping a person’s heart or extracting water from a drowning victim. She can even link two individuals’ auras, creating a “communication cable” to restart one’s life force, as seen when she assisted Acrobatic Silky. Her powers have enabled her to develop creative solutions in various situations, from propelling Okarun as a “speedboat” in flooded areas to swinging herself between buildings to reach specific locations. Momo’s psychokinesis is both a weapon and a versatile tool, but it also requires her to manage its limitations and potential strain during intense confrontations)
